When I stayed for several nights, the automatic lock at the entrance did not open, and no one answered the phone when I called. I waited over 30 minutes and still didn't hear back from them. This is the worst hotel.

It was a calm room with a strong wood scent, and was equipped with a projector and screen, and was well stocked with modern online subscription services.The bath and toilet were easy to use, and the shower head produced nano bubbles.All customer service has been simplified, and I think it's not suitable for older people, but if you can do it yourself, it might be less of a hassle.

This inn is close to Yokote Station and has good access. Both the exterior and interior are stylish and stand out from the surroundings in a good way. The rooms seem to have been recently renovated and are very clean, with great attention to detail, such as a large projector, dimmable lights including in the bathroom, and a high-quality Dyson hair dryer. .There are two points of concern. First of all, the pamphlet given to us at check-in states that there is an all-you-can-drink service, but this service is no longer available. I was a little happy when I found the description, but then I felt disappointed.Another point is that the walls between the rooms were so thin that I could hear the snoring of the guests in the next room.However, it is basically a clean and stylish inn, so I think I can recommend it to most people.

We had a twin room.Check-in and check-out was smooth, and the room was new and clean.The bath in the room was spacious and clean, which was great as I was able to relax.The 360° view of the room on the homepage is very helpful.Surprisingly, I can't find it,I highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and clean room.

I stayed here to visit Mokkiri Marukyu, a local sake brewery. Welcome? Everyone was so excited after receiving the chocolate strawberries⤴︎⤴︎! Since I was just going to sleep, I chose the kamakura room, and it was sufficient! The inside of the building is filled with the scent of wood and is very clean. The bed mat and pillow were made of Airweave, so I slept very well. There is a small window, but I thought it would be nice to have blackout curtains.

I stayed in Ina's room for one night. Even though I arrived very early, they were able to store my luggage for me, which was very helpful! The room was very comfortable and I had a great time! I really recommend it! ! thank you very much!
