I stayed here for 2 nights from October 13th. The best time to see the autumn leaves is still early, usually around the 26th. This hotel has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. You can see the shores of Lake Towada from the lobby and restaurant. From the large lawn garden, there is a walking path that takes you around Lake Towada. There is an early morning guided walk along the lake. The morning sun and moonlight reflected on the lake, creating a quiet beauty. The meal was a French course and a buffet plus in the morning. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious. I ate rice cracker soup for the first time. The rooms are average, but simple and clean. There is a lake view and a mount view, and I think the lake view is better. The bath is an open-air bath at Lake Towada Onsen. I was also satisfied. It's a shame that the cleaning wasn't done properly.I want to repeat it next year, summer, and fall.Book with HIS Airplane Hotel Package. It was much more than I expected.

I stayed here a few years ago. The view from the room is a rectangular view that allows you to experience nature and silence. Seriously, you should stay!

I came to this hotel because of the lake. The lake is still beautiful, but the hotel shattered all my good impressions of the Prince Hotel. I booked a room from the official website. The official website booking system is difficult to operate. I attribute this feeling to my own lack of ability. However, I sent an email to the company’s customer service and received an automatic reply, but nothing happened and no one heard from me again. ask. Not giving up for the sake of the lake and Oirase River, I directly called the company's customer service center. I waited for 11 minutes for the overseas call. I was given the email address of Prince Towada. I sent the email, and it was still Shi Shenhai. For the sake of the lake and Oirase Creek, I set off for the Towada Prince Hotel. The result was indeed heartbreaking. The charges for a five-star hotel are high, but the rooms are of business hotel quality. I can understand the difficulty of being open for 7 months a year or spread the operating expenses to the business days. But the service quality is really unacceptable. I only feel the loose management of Prince Hotel and the neglect of the hotel's operation. But as a consumer, I will not choose any Prince Hotel in the future.

The service staff at the cashier and front desk, "Tazaki", is very enthusiastic. Even when dealing with foreign tourists, he still explains the hotel's various facilities in detail through English communication, and is willing to assist and solve the needs of tourists. He is well-deserved for his perfect service.

I stayed here on a solo tour. The open-air bath felt good. The Michinoku French dinner and breakfast were also very delicious. The wine was also reasonably priced so I had a lot of it.I was a little disappointed that the large public bath only had an open-air bath, and that the bath in the room was a small 3-piece unit. Many of the traditional mountain resort hotels have some kind of crappy bathrooms. Are customer needs different?

I stayed here because I wanted to try the ``Michinoku Dinner,'' which makes use of Towada Lake's lesser trout and Tohoku ingredients.●Good points・I thought the view from the window of the room was wonderful, overlooking Lake Towada and the grassy garden.- Although the facilities in the room were old, it was clean.・You can access the garden from the door near the front desk and enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Towada.・I had the Michinoku dinner, and all of the dishes were very delicious, and the tableware was lovely with a summery feel.●Unfortunate points・Perhaps because I visited in the summer, there was a warning about insects, and I actually saw one in the room.・I thought that the water facilities such as the bath were a little old.・Depending on the check-in time, it was very crowded and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to be guided. It was also crowded during meals, and I felt that there was a general lack of staff.

For this price you’d expect to get a usable toilet right?Wrong. While old overall, the rest of the experience is quite pleasant, but how can a hotel seriously install this kind of toilet and how can Japanese people accept this as ‘normal’?It’s a mystery to me.

Although it is a long-established hotel near Lake Towada, it has been beautifully renovated and the service is comfortable. If possible, I think you'll enjoy it if you arrive early and take a walk around Lake Towada while it's daylight. As a nice service in the room, roasted beans were provided so that you could brew coffee by hand. However, the mill can only produce very fine particles, so if you need one, you may want to bring your own. The public bath was an open-air bath, and it was quite cold until it warmed up in mid-September, but it had a nice open feel.
