It's cheap, it's right near Matsusaka Station, and you can find the famous Matsusaka Beef Yakiniku Issho bottle within walking distance. Great value for money as it has a large bath and sauna.

A modest hotel. Each floor is narrow and has up to 15 floors. The rooms are clean. It feels like it has been renovated and most of the carpets and furniture look new, but some parts like the chairs and faucets still look old. It's right next to the railroad tracks, but you can't hear the trains very much.Free breakfast included, not a buffet. I took a blue number tag, sat on a chair, and waited for the food to finish cooking. There is a large public bath and sauna on the first basement floor, which is rare among hotels in the area. There is a small locker on the basement floor where you can only store valuables. The key is made of metal, and when I asked if I needed to leave it with me when I went out, I was told either was fine.Free water coolers are available on the first floor and basement floor.Luggage storage (cloakroom) is available for free before check-in and after check-in.The height of the chair is low, and my arms hurt when I work on the computer. There is only one elevator that goes from the 1st basement floor to the 15th floor, so the wait time can be long.

There is a parking lot next to the hotel, and it is first come, first served, but we had plenty of space. The hotel feels old as it has been renovated, but the rooms are bigger than I expected and there is a large public bath in the basement and a sauna! The bathhouse and sauna aren't that big, but when I used them, there weren't that many other users, so it was comfortable.Breakfast was also included, and the bread was refillable, and the view of the Matsuzaka cityscape from the room and breakfast venue was nice. The price is reasonable and breakfast is included.I would like to use it again when I visit again.

Convenient and close to the station. It's not that new, but the rooms are spacious.
