★1 or lessI was planning to use it for BBQ for a large number of people.First of all, after I made the reservation, I received a confirmation email on the day that said that the BBQ grill would break if used for more than an hour, which I didn't understand. If something breaks down during use, you will be reimbursed, and you will be responsible for the full cancellation fee on the same day. I couldn't accept it, so I tried to negotiate so that I could at least cancel it.After that, it took some time to confirm things, and 15 minutes before check-in 5:00pm, I finally had to pay the full cancellation fee, and if I stayed overnight, I would get a 30% discount. So I decided to go.The incident starts here! ! ! When I entered with the written password, I found that a foreigner was already staying there and I was double booked! ! !I seriously don't understand what that means!It took time to deal with this, and in the end, the BBQ plans were ruined.Instead, we offered a location in the Shinsaibashi area, but that took time and we had to move.After bothering me so much, I asked if I could get 5,000 yen off the total price.When did you initially say you would get a 30% refund? When I heard that, there was no coordination with the Airbnb headquarters, and I spent 3.4 hours on the phone talking to someone else, which was a huge waste of time.In the end, I offered an alternative location, and I have almost no intention of apologizing.If I were to give up 100 steps and get 5,000 yen off 30% of the total amount, I would be able to get a discount, so if that's the case, then I'd like the whole thing to be free.The communication was too troublesome, so I refunded 30% of the total amount.Don't worry! It's better that no one stays overnight.I wanted to at least write a review after staying there.

The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner didn't work at all. It's tiring in the summer.Also, the place where the check-in tablet is located is like a sauna, so it took a long time when there were a lot of people, so it was tiring.

Although the reviews were low, I went there with low expectations because it was cheap, but it was very good.There were several areas of concern.The gaskets are dirty, the dishes are smelly, the room itself smells really bad, and you mean the curtain roll before the shower? It was full of stains, and there were stains on the tatami mats and futons.But at this price, I guess it's reasonable.Toothbrushes were provided and the toilets were clean.It also had a projector like PopIn Aladdin, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.There are many public baths and restaurants nearby.Supermarkets and convenience stores are also within walking distance!Recommended because you can go everywhere in about 5 minutes!Rich was too good!There were also several parking spots.There's even a washing machine on the balcony!There was some noise and footsteps, but it was mutual.It didn't bother me.The consumables [boxes of sponges and tissues] were dirty, so I would be happy if they could just change that.The smell is too strong, so please have your house cleaned.It was a lovely place.I still want to use it.thank you for helping me!thank you very much.
