The rooms, although slightly small, had everything you could need. Even though it was mostly self-service, the check in was easy and fast. The location was close to many key stations, and there were many shops and restaurants nearby.

A great hotel the location is just perfect, close by Ebisu Cho and also walking distance to namba train station. There is also a big super market across the Main Street and a combini (convenience store) just around the corner.Shin seikai is also at walking distance so are many hot spots of Osaka.The rooms are clean and very large for even European standards. The checking in can be a bit of a pain since there is no physical reception or staff at the location. But in the nearby Namba south III location there is staff present if needed. There is a handy luggage storage for if you come in before check in time and want to leave your bags behind. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Given your a bit tech savvy ik concern to check in and entering room and such.

Second time staying at this hotel. I really like this hotel. It is suitable for families. I like it the most. It has a washing machine, the bathroom can dry clothes, and the refrigerator has a freezer, which is suitable for freezing items in summer.

This time I stayed in South II, and the counter was in South III opposite, so it was a bit inconvenient to contact the counter staff. Mainly because it was my first time to stay at ESLEAD HOTEL. The machine settings during check-in were not easy to operate. It would be better to have someone to guide me. .In addition, everything else in the room is available, including a kitchen (including pots, pans, dishwashing liquid, etc., but we still have to buy dishwashing liquid and vegetable cloth by ourselves), and a washing machine (there is a small bag of laundry detergent, but we still buy it ourselves) Like), in addition, the bathroom and toilet are separated. Outside the bathroom is a sink and toiletries. There is a dryer on the ceiling of the bathroom. After the whole family has finished washing, you can turn on the desiccant to let the bathroom dry quickly. After washing, the underwear is also Let's dry together.Next, the balcony outside the floor-to-ceiling window is quite large. There is a clothes drying rod (in the closet) where you can dry clothes on the balcony (it can be dried in one night, and it is better to take it into the bathroom after getting up in the morning and use the dryer for an hour).Regarding transportation, in addition to the "Ebisucho Station on the Sakaisuji Line", there is also the "Ebisucho Station on the Hankai Electric Railway" around the hotel, which is very close.I came to this hotel from the airport. This time I took the "Nankai Airport Line" to "Shin-Imamiya Station". After exiting the station, I had to walk another 700 meters on Google Maps to get to the hotel, but it was still too far. I want to try it next time. Go to Tenkachaya Station, transfer to the Sakaisuji Line, and then go to Ebisucho Exit 4 to get to the hotel. Later, I found out that you can take the Nankai Airport Line to Shin-Imamiya, then transfer to Hanshin Railway to Ebisu Town on HN.

It ia very near to Ebisucho Station, you just walk for 2 mins. Also family mart and matsuya, it is so great for you who travel with kids.The Hotel staff are also friendly, they help us to send our luggage to Tokyo, while we take trip using Shinkansen.
