It looks like a separate house (Anessa) in Kusatsu Onsen. There are only 3 rooms, and there are no large baths, but there is a kitchen. It seems that there is also a training space in the common space. This is a beautiful place. There was a landlady cleaning the front entrance early in the morning. I was staying at a hotel, but I was also curious about it, so I came to see it. An old chromoly road bike is on display. Is it a hobby? Kusatsu has many slopes, but as a road bike rider, I think there are many beautiful roads to explore, including Mt. Shirane. The hot spring river flows right in front of you, and there are small bridges in this area where you can feel the breeze. Sai no Wara is, of course, an area inspired by the land of the underworld, and as it is located at the foot of the mountain, it has a yin-yang atmosphere. I would like to stay here someday too.

It will be a villa of the Kusatsu Hotel. You cannot go inside without a special card key. There is a common space on the first floor with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, and the refrigerator is stocked with free beer, shochu high, and juice, making it a space where you can eat and drink. The room is simple and I think it's good for overnight stays. You can of course take a relaxing bath in the hot spring bath in your room. Perhaps because of the simple design of the room, you can hear sounds from outside the room. When I showed my card key at the cafe next door, I was given free coffee and pudding.

After parking at the Kusatsu Hotel parking lot and checking in, I walked up the slope to Pedalo. It is a detached house type with one room on the first floor, two rooms on the second floor, and a free space on the first floor. They gave me two card keys, but I couldn't use one and couldn't get into the room, so I was nervous, so I recommend checking if you can use both of them first. The bath in the room was small, there was no facial cleansing foam, and it took about 5 minutes for the shower to get hot, so it might be better to take a shower while filling up the bath. The source and water faucets are exposed PVC pipes...it looks so disappointing. If you go to the cafe next to Pedalo with your card key, you can get chiffon cake and a drink for free. The parking lot can be used until 14:00 the next day.Since it was a weekday and there were no other guests, I was able to relax and have a private stay, and the room was clean and the bath was a hot spring, so I was satisfied with the results.
