I made a reservation online on Saturday.Free breakfast included for 1 night and 2 days.Two people shared a single room.Semi-double bedParking is free.The underground parking lot is too high to park.The parking lot in front of the hotel was full.When I asked the staffThe gravel parking lot next to the hotel is empty.I parked there.The lobby is on the second floorThere is an elevator.It's bright and spacious.The staff are very niceCould you tell me where to get the welcome drink?ladies sets(Cleansing, lotion, emulsion, face pack, etc.) were given to me as gifts.There was a yukata on the bed.The futon was also light and comfortable to sleep on.Free breakfast in bento boxGo to the front desk to pick it up and have it in your room.Side dishes, rice, and miso soup in a bento box.For miso soup, hot water is boiled in your room.It was delicious.

The staff who greeted me was very polite.The facility feels like an old hotel.The building and rooms seemed a bit dirty.The refrigerator doesn't get cold at all.Parking lot is quite smallIf you go by car for a long time, it will be difficult because you will have to switch many times.There is free Wi-Fi, but it is not suitable for remote work. Connection errors occurred many times during the process, and I was unable to work at all.

Since it was Golden Week, all the parking lots for overnight guests were full🈵️I ended up parking in a paid parking lot far away, but I thought it would be a good idea for guests staying overnight to pay at a paid parking lot. Ta. At the very least, I think the hotel knows the number of guests staying that day, so they should secure a parking lot for guests. If there is no parking lot and you park in a paid parking lot, I think you will feel more comfortable staying as a guest if you can issue a discount ticket or service ticket.Breakfast was a bento box. I was happy that the rice was warm.The room I stayed in this time was a Japanese-style room that could accommodate up to 4 people. Did the hotel know that one of the tatami mats was dirty and didn't clean it up? That's fine. . . I don't know, but if possible, I'd like a room with beautiful tatami mats.For small children, tatami rooms are spacious and safe, so I think they are a good place to relax as a family.It's close to the station, so you can stay overnight and sightsee around Tokyo. It was also a good place for sightseeing by car.I would like to stay there again and relax. It was a hotel that made me think.

This hotel is located within a 3-minute walk from Toride Station.The front desk was polite and gave a good impression.I stayed in a twin room, and was slightly surprised at the size of the room.There is a table for two with comfortable chairs, a large bed, and plenty of space to walk around.When I stayed there, I was on the 9th floor, so the view was great.Breakfast was a catered lunch, but there was plenty of it.This hotel is close to the Tone River, so you can enjoy a morning walk.

I have used it several times for consecutive nights due to company reasons.I am writing this here because I received a very sloppy response. It was January 12, 2024. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by staying so many nights, so we told the front desk in advance that we would like them to just change the towels and not have to clean the room every time we stay.When I returned to my room after work, the towels in the other rooms had been changed and cleaned, but there were no towels in my room, and even more, the cleaning tools I had used in other rooms were scattered in front of my room. I was there.I called the front desk again and told them, but it wasn't ready even after 30 minutes.I thought something was wrong and when I repeatedly informed the front desk, a man who appeared to be the manager came out of his way to check on me.After another 20 minutes, the woman at the front desk brought a set of towels, but there was another mess there.When I asked the woman why she wouldn't give me a towel no matter how many times I told her, she said, "I'll check with the person in charge," but after waiting for 30 minutes, there was no response.When I went to the front desk and asked the woman again, she retreated to the back and the man who appeared to be the manager replied, ``I believed the cleaning staff when they said they had prepared towels.''To put it bluntly, I'm disappointed in the entire sequence.1. The cleaning staff is acting based on their assumptions. They don't even check even if the customer who contacted them directly from the room or the front desk asks. If they don't show up even after you tell them twice, I feel like they're refusing to arrange towels.If someone points it out to you, at least check it out.2. The manager believed the cleaning staff's assumptions more than the customers' complaints. That's probably why the manager himself came to check the rooms empty-handed. If not, I think the impression would have changed again if the manager came to check with a towel set.3.It seems that the woman at the front desk who said "I'll check" didn't actually check anything. If you really have confirmed this, please report it to the customer immediately. What you did was essentially make fun of the situation and neglect the customer.The service industry is based on trust, right?

A short walk from Toride Station.The room and view were okay.However, I would like to try something new for breakfast💦The amount of rice was small and it felt like a catered lunch box.It would have been nice if it was self-service, like how many types of food you could choose from, or even just rice.

Close to the station.For female guests, a ladies set (bath salts, basic cosmetics, etc.) will be provided at the reception.For breakfast, you can get a delivery bento box from the front desk and eat it in your room.The side dishes were all frozen foods.

The underground parking lot is free, and even though I arrived before check-in time, I was able to park my car, which was helpful. The nearby convenience store was under renovation and other convenience stores were quite far away. Do you shop at the station building?The washing machine has a separate dryer and detergent is added automatically. The outlet on the side of the center of the twin is only on one side and is hard to notice. There are a total of 5 outlets, which is enough.1 suitcase holder, 1 vanity chair, table and casters, and 2 chairs with backrests are placed in a spacious and comfortable space. It's good to leave the windows open so you can ventilate quickly. Perhaps a vestige of the coronavirus era, for breakfast, guests receive a boxed lunch with instant miso soup at the front desk and eat it in their room. It's nice to be able to eat this while watching TV.
