I stayed here with my family of 5 more than 30 years ago, and stayed here with my current husband 5-6 years ago!I heard that the owner is different from the previous one, but the room was simple and clean. The food is very delicious and is it worth the price? That's what I thought (5-6 years ago)Next time, I would like to bring my two children and stay in a room with a loft as a family 🌷

A pension located in a corner of the pension district that has reached its age.The innkeeper also easily provided the necessary explanations,After that, there wasn't much interference.Although the rooms cannot be described as new, it seems that the facilities are kept clean and used. The air purifier was Airdog and the air conditioner was the latest equipment. There are about three ponies kept outside the room, and looking at them from the window makes me feel warm.Since I stayed overnight without meals, I don't know the details of the meals, etc., so I will omit them.I have no complaints as I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. If the conditions allow, such as not having a separate toilet or bath in the room and minimal amenities, you can stay there cheaply.

I haven't stayed at Pension Bellbird yet, but I became friends with the owner while I was hospitalized. He is a very kind person! There was no shop, so I talked to the owner at the rest area for about an hour, laughing and laughing about small talk such as not having enough tissues, how hard it is without the owner!, and the fact that my toothbrush doesn't fit. I went back to my room, but that night, the owner of the wheelchair came all the way to the four-person room with tissues and an easy-to-use toothbrush! The origin of the name Pension "Bellbird" is that the cries of the wild birds around the pension sounded like bells, so we named it Pension "Bellbird"! said the owner, HAYKAWA.When I searched on Google Maps, I found a lot of comments saying that pet dogs can stay with them, and that the owners were very kind and it was fun.The rating was 4 or above, and the room and bathroom are clearly shown on Google Street View with arrows, so be sure to check it out once you're discharged from the hospital! I'm thinking of staying at "Bellbird" in Aso Pension Village.

The owner is friendly. The room feels old, but the bedding is clean and the atmosphere is nice because it's in the mountains. I have to go to the airport in the morning, so I'm so grateful that he agreed to take me to a nearby station!

The hotel is a life saver for those who need to stay at ASO area. The owner is very kind. As the location is bit in a hilly area(most of the hotels at that area), the owner will arrange pick up if you inform the schedule arrival time. There also exist a large public bath to get the stress out in minutes…

Considering the price, it is worthy and comfortable enough. Facility is rather old but clean and well maintained. There is a huge back yard and you can play sports. The owner is generous. He was really kind and told us where to visit and look around using a translator in his mobile. You can touch the kindness and goodness of Japanese people here.
