I was satisfied overall. Although my Japanese wasn't very good, the hostess and staff were all friendly, and the hot spring dinner and breakfast were all excellent.Thank you so much for the great service.

Stayed at Yume Galaxy. There was a lot of food left over. I think it would be better to reduce the number of items and lower the price since it seems that many people will have leftover food. Child fares are collected from infants 3 years old onwards. For children's menus, even elementary school students who eat a lot will have leftovers, so I think it would be better to reduce the number of items and consider the collection age and fees as they are expensive. He was a waiter by himself, and although he was trying his best, he couldn't handle it and the timing seemed to be slow. The toilet next to the front reception desk, a deserted ring. Please try cleaning a little more carefully. Since it is the entrance, it is used a lot and I felt that it affected the quality of the hotel. After checking out, all the staff will see you off until the car is out of sight. I thought this was good.

I used it at GW. They quickly responded to my sudden reservation the day before, and explained in advance that there was no elevator as it was a 3-story building. First of all, it is not recommended for people with walking disabilities as it may be inconvenient. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, and the toilets, sinks, and other facilities are easy to use and stress-free. However, there is no door check on the entrance door, so you may want to be careful when opening and closing it, as there is a risk of children getting their hands caught. I was satisfied with the meal, which was more filling than I expected, and I felt that the alcoholic drinks were relatively reasonably priced. I think people have their own preferences when it comes to customer service, but to put it bluntly, it was a friendly atmosphere, not very professional, but it was very easy-going and comfortable (lol)What really caught my attention about the open-air bath was that the entire area around the entrance and exit from Route 24 to the changing room was quite visible (lol)If the women's bath is like this, you won't be able to take a bath with peace of mind.I thought you should take measures.

It was relaxing, atmospheric, and soothing. The hot spring water was not heated. The water was nice and warm. The room was spacious and had an open-air bath, which was really nice. Mr. Nakai was also friendly, and the front desk staff was also polite. However, I had a problem with the noise from the second floor being too loud. That's a shame.

First of all, we had made a reservation not at Yumehotaru but at the affiliated store Kaiou-tei.However, when I went there that day, for some reason I was directed to Yumehotaru. (I was not the one who made the reservation, so there may be a misunderstanding, but the person who made the reservation was also confused.)I was surprised at how sloppy the receptionist was, but what I found even worse was the waiter's response at dinner.I understand that the waiter has bad knees, but someone else should serve the meal. I also felt like they were not well taken care of. It's my first experience. There was another young waitress, but when she brought the food, she just muttered a little and didn't convey anything to us.There were others, too, who were probably opening the door to serve the food, but they made a loud noise. He opened the door and left without saying a word.Normally, I would have said something like, ``Excuse me, I'll open the door for you to serve the meal.'' I couldn't help but smile bitterly. The food was neither particularly good nor bad. However, the amount of food served was so great that it was a battle over quantity rather than taste. Many of the items were already cold by the time they were served. The hot springs were also quite dirty, to the point where I thought there were hardly any patrols. The inside of the hot spring was also small, and there were not many showers, which was often a problem. We were looking for value for money service and a good room, but all these were poor and not worth the price.I feel that it is necessary to review the service and patrol the facility once again. I think there are many times when there is a shortage of staff these days, but I hope that the hotel will provide services that take into consideration the price range of the hotel. I will never go there again.
