The hotel can store luggage. There is no key to the room, it is a password lock. There are yukata and pillows on the first floor for guests to choose from. The room was a bit small and the suitcase couldn't be fully opened. The breakfast provided hamburger steak, curry, and chazuke rice, which was very delicious. The large bath is on the second floor, there are not many places, and the water is a bit hot. There is a lounge outside the bathhouse with ice water for use. There is a free mini bar in the lobby on the first floor in the evening and free coffee in the morning. The reception staff can speak English and are very friendly. There is no need to check out when checking out. Because it is a late flight, you can also store your luggage and return to the hotel to pick up your luggage when the time is up. There is a 7-11 and a 24-hour supermarket nearby.

At first, there was a sewer smell coming from the water area, and I was hesitant to go to the bathroom. There are so many flies that I don't want to stay there anymore.

2024/10/5 I forced my friend from Miyazaki to take me to Kumamoto. Although the room was a little small, I was very satisfied with the dinner, breakfast, and bath👌

The guest room was like an unusual semi-Japanese style room, so I was confused at first, but once I got used to it, it was quite comfortable. It was nice to have a large public bath and a free drink bar.Parking is limited as it is a tower type parking lot. It was pretty close and I was a little scared.

I went there for sightseeing. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the breakfast was very luxurious. At night, it becomes an izakaya, which was also very delicious. All of the staff were very kind and had good customer service.

Room rating is①I took a tatami room, but I had a large carry case with me.It was so narrow that I couldn't open my carry case on the floor.②It would have been better if there was a welcome drink (mineral water) in the room.→There is no drinking water in the room to take medicine, so should I go to the lobby? I had no choice but to buy it from a vending machine. Therefore, it was minus 1 and ☆4.*The humidifying air purifier (manufactured by SHARP) and the large bed make it comfortable, and the TV is MITSUBISHI and large in size. The service is① Since my car is a Lexus LS and it is large, I requested a parking space at the end of the second parking lot.Being directed to the back of the parking lot②When I arrived, there was no guide in the second parking lot, so I stopped my car and tried to go through the check-in procedure. However, I was told that I could not complete the check-in procedure unless I had a parking ticket. Therefore, I was told that I had to wait in front of the first parking lot and have a parking attendant guide me to get a parking ticket. It was a waste of time to go back to the parking lot, move the car, and wait for instructions from the parking attendant. I looked up the information on Rakuten Travel first, but as I recall, there were no detailed instructions on how to park in the second parking lot. (I remember)This point is unfortunate.→Detailed information will be displayed on the signboard of the second parking lot. It will be clearly posted on the homepage in advance. I want you to take measures.③There is no space to use a computer in the lobby.→To wait for your companion at check-outI tried to work on the computer I brought with me.Due to the lack of desk and chair space, it was impossible to work on the computer even while waiting in the lobby.I think there are people who want to use their computers in the lobby, even if just for a little while, so it would have been nice to have a space like this.④You have to bring a towel set from your room to the public bath, and there are no towels provided in the public bath.I felt it was a hassle because if I forgot something, I would have to go home to get it.good points・Air conditioning is installed in each roomthat you can adjust it as you like・Because the door lock has a key numberNo need to bring the key・Charging cords were installed as standard for various terminals.→Personally, I felt that it was a very high-point consideration.・The room is well-cleaned・Employees are able to greet each other well.I had a comfortable stay・Breakfast has a wide variety and is really delicious.・The staff at the breakfast venue should be able to greet each other well and ensure that there are no shortages of food.He was able to make delicate movements. It was delicious and I felt good. That's allI gave it 4 stars because there are things I would like to improve.I would definitely like to stay here again when I go to the Kumamoto area. Thank you for your help.

The location is pretty good, only a 5-minute walk from the nearest station Kawaramachi, but there are not many shops nearby. You can choose your favorite pillow next to the elevator on the first floor. I picked a flat pillow that I usually like. The bed is covered with a slightly thick mattress, which is very soft, comfortable and supportive. It is not the type that is so soft that it will cause back pain when sleeping.Overall, I am very satisfied with the sleep quality during my stay👍The electricity in the room is not a card-type switch, and the door lock is a combination lock, so there is no need to keep the room card next to the door. The lighting in the room is extremely dark. When I put on my makeup in the morning, I have to open the curtains & bring my own small mirror to use natural light to put on my makeup, otherwise I won’t be able to see anything clearly. The air-conditioning in the room is very cool, and the shower head in the large bathroom is great. The water drops are very fine and it doesn't hurt your face. The disadvantage is that the bath towels provided are a bit small, only one big one per day, which is not enough for girls with long hair who soak more than twice a day.The breakfast space in the hotel is a bit small (it is recommended to eat between 6:30 and 7 o'clock, otherwise there will be traffic jams), but the food is delicious enough! Especially the chazuke rice that you add your own ingredients, it's so delicious that I want to cry. Although there are not many varieties, I will still want to buy breakfast next time I stay (there is nothing nearby to buy for you)This hotel is recommended, but compared to newer hotels in Japan, it is quite average, so don't expect too much from it.The service from the counter staff and restaurant staff are very good👍
