One of my favorite hot springs, Shimoda Onsen. At Izumiya Ryokan, the food is delicious and the staff are all warm. The quality and temperature of the hot springs are just right, nothing to say about it.This is a recommended hot spring inn.

Although the inn was built for its age, it was clean, the amenities were good, and I didn't experience any discomfort. There was Muji lotion in the bath. Although it is a three-story building, there is no elevator, so it may be difficult for people with walking disabilities to use it. Nothing to say about the food! It seems that they are full of seafood and serve seasonal seafood. If I didn't like something, I would replace it with something different. If you don't finish the sashimi, they pickle it and serve it the next day, which is also delicious. The hot spring was also slightly salty and smooth. It's a little hot and comes straight from the source. It seemed like a beautiful place to watch the sunset, but the inn was a little far from the sea, so you couldn't see the sea, but there was a river flowing right below, carp swimming, and a bridge hanging there that looked like Spirited Away. It was a bridge that looked like something out of a movie (the bridge that Chihiro crosses while holding her breath), and it had a quaint feel to it.The staff were also very welcoming. I will go again!

The only drawback of this inn is that there is no elevator, but the food, hot springs, price, and service are all excellent. (The price was surprisingly high even though it was during the Obon holiday.) The hot springs are fed directly from the source on the premises, and although they are neutral, they leave your skin smooth. All of the fish dishes were fresh and delicious. It was a very satisfying dinner that also included one blue crab. The breakfast was very satisfying as it was the Japanese cuisine. The miso soup with sea lettuce and tofu and the mirin-dried horse mackerel were very delicious. I highly recommend it.

I have stayed here three times with friends so far. The restaurant is now run by the former owner's sister and her husband, and the food is reasonably priced and has a family atmosphere. I was happy when my husband brought me Brikama for dinner earlier. I have never felt uncomfortable about anything else. It's a shame that dinner is not served in the room at the moment, but it's an inn that I can recommend to friends with confidence.

The free-flowing hot springs feel great. |The food is so delicious, and so many different homemade dishes come out one after another that I can't eat them all. …

A truly comfortable and homely accommodation. A customer-friendly accommodation. The room is clean. Hot springs are the best. This is a recommended inn that you really want to keep hidden.Thank you for listening to my concerns during the meal.
