Stayed here during a business trip to Fukushima. Up until now, when I went on business trips in Fukushima, I often stayed at hotels near the station, and I also went out for drinks near the station, so I didn't know that the area around this hotel was a downtown area. It seems like a hotel that can be used for day use, and it seems like a hotel in the center of a downtown area. Although we do not have an affiliated parking lot, there are many coin parking lots nearby, and if you choose a spot, you can park for less than 1,000 yen per night. As it is a mini-hotel, UB only has a shower room and no bathtub, but the room size is sufficient. The customer service at the front desk is courteous, making this hotel highly recommended for business travelers. I think this is the first hotel you should consider if you're going out for drinks.

I stayed for 1 night on July 25th and 26th!There were so many amenities and I was so excited🫶🏻Everyone at the reception was so kind and welcoming!The room was clean and I had a smoking room, but I was impressed that there was no smell of cigarettes at all🥺🥺Thank you for bringing a small basket when I was panicking because it was hard to hold when I bought drinks and sweets 🙇🏻🙇🏻The bath, toilet, and sink are separate, and there is a smoking area and toilet at the front desk, manga, and self-service.This is a really great hotel🥺👏🏻In the morning, we had breakfast at Mom's Diner on the second floor!It was so delicious👏🏻👏🏻The store staff are all kind and nice people.🥲Also, I would like to use it again when I go to Fukushima!

The people at the front desk were very polite and pleasant.What's more, even though the accommodation fee is reasonable, breakfast is included at the affiliated restaurant, and it is delicious and very satisfying.My wife and I are satisfied with the location.There are many restaurants where you can get takeout, and a convenience store is also nearby.However, there is a drawback.Normally, we are a couple, so one room is enough, but if we are bringing children along, we would like to reserve two rooms, but since it seems to be quite popular, we can only reserve one room, so we have no choice but to give up and stay at another hotel. There isn't, right? I'm sorry.Even if you don't have a parking lot, there are plenty nearby, so choose the one that suits you!A meal ticket for the affiliated restaurant mentioned in the reviews? Is it still there?

The location is convenient as it's near the station, and most importantly, it has plenty of amenities, which is great for women! Even if you don't have to buy travel supplies, you can borrow items from the store for free, which is helpful. Also, the feel and cleanliness of the room was great!

Impressions after using it for 1 night and 2 days.Location: Close to the station, easy to access surrounding areasRoom: Overall clean, lighting is dark but toilet is brighterCommunication: Wi-Fi can be used without delayNoise: Sounds and voices from the hallway can be easily heardI thought it would be better to make the lighting in the room a little brighter or provide a desk light.
