As others have said, the walls are thin and you can hear noise from the next room at night. The shower and wash basin have been renovated in a modern style and are clean. I think it's a good idea to stay overnight at Miyajimaguchi and then travel to Miyajima the next morning for sightseeing. If you are staying the night before, we recommend that you finish your meal before checking in as there are almost no places to eat after 9pm in the area.

The lights at the entrance were off and it was pitch black.Even though the lobby was empty, it was still too dark. It's quite difficult to go through various procedures in the dark.I understand that it's unmanned, and that's totally possible, but I wonder if there's something we can do about it, like at least installing more lights that detect people.I went to the rooftop, which was also in the photo, and seemed to be one of the selling points of this hotel, but it was locked and I couldn't get out.I felt depressed as soon as I arrived, thinking that this was such a sad response. The door to the room had a draft coming in from below, making it extremely cold.Even with the heating set to the highest setting, it was still cold even when I crawled under the bed, so I ended up stuffing bath towels under the door to keep warm. But the room is clean and cute. The size is reasonable and the price is surprising.Minimum amenities etc. are available. The area is comfortable.I am very grateful that dogs are allowed too.A dog toilet and small dog items were also available.Even if you bring it with you and don't use it, it feels good just to have it ready. There are 3 sweet items available for dog goods.I would like to take care of you again.

Unmanned, self-catering housingAfter entering the door, you must first operate a tablet on the left and obtain the room password before entering the room.In addition, the operation method is a bit complicated at firstBut after doing it, I found that it is not complicated. If you are still staying in the same place, take the photo once. Just take the passport and take a clear picture. I wonder if you have to take the photo twice before it will be issued.1. How to open the door when you arrive at the room1. First press the LOCK button on the upper left2. Enter the password again3. Press LOCK twice in succession to open the door (pressing it once will not open the door)The accommodation building is on the third floor and there is no elevator. This time I stayed in room 301So I need to carry my luggage upstairs by myself. This is the only drawbackThere is no parking space in the house, but there is a parking lot next to it, so it is very convenient. The first floor is a shared space with a kitchen, microwave, and some tableware. The room is really big, the bathroom is also big, and the water pressure is super highThe room type should be suitable for pets, so the room also comes with sanitary products and tableware for pets. But it may also be because there are pets staying hereSo the room has a slight smell, and the toilet also has a bit of urine smell, but it's much better after using the room's deodorizing and sterilizing spray. If you want to go to MiyajimaIt's about a hundred meters away from the boat ride.Super convenientHighly recommended❗Stayed for two consecutive days this timeAs a result, when I was washing up the next night, I found fleas on the bath towel hanging on the hanger😱

Horrible stay, we booked for two nights and we fled the hotel from the first because the cleaning was deplorable (nails on the carpet and false nails on the sofa, dry blood stains on the bed sheets and whitish stains on the sofa), vomitous smells coming from the sink, no one at reception to welcome us, an extremely complicated check-in on a tablet, and let's not talk about the check-out which was even worse, impossible to carry out (and still no one at reception to help us), then no way to contact them even with the emergency number. Oh and by the way, don't be fooled by the sticker from the Hiroshima Tourism Association on the door of the room, we called them to advise them to break their partnership with this "hotel" because it gives a very bad image , and they told us that they did not know this establishment at all. In summary, run as far away from this place as possible!

I can definitely say that I will never go there again.I couldn't get into the room, and the emergency phone line was ringing with a shaky foreign voice for over a minute, so I had to leave the answering machine four times and just wait.I don't think this is a ploy.First of all, this key system is also too confusing.Even when I called the emergency number, there was no return, and there was no elevator, so it took about 7 round trips to get to the 3rd floor. The air conditioner doesn't work. The room was also cold. The voice next door is loud. very,It seems like I'm watching Prime Video on a toy-like projector, but the previous person's account is still there, so it's not really a security issue. The hot water in the shower was lukewarm and unbearable.

I used it for my first trip to Miyajima.Due to the time of year, I stayed for 10,000 yen per person per night, but I was very disappointed with the price. My dissatisfaction is largely due to my lack of confirmation, but at this price, there are no bedding, no bathtub, and check-in is self-check-in, so as other people have said, the facility is like a cheap love hotel.I think it would be better to call it a guest house so that there would be no misunderstanding among the users. The location is excellent, so if you don't expect much service, I think you'll have a satisfying stay. When I checked in, I couldn't see the tablet right at the entrance, so it took a while, so I think if it was placed a little more clearly, I would be able to enter my information without hesitation.I sincerely regret not booking the hotel right next door.

Although there were a lot of low reviews, I decided to use it even though I didn't expect it. It's probably a matter of taste, but my family didn't like it in the slightest. I guess that's an understandable low rating. No, more than that...First of all, I suddenly panicked because I couldn't find the password to open the entrance to the building. I was saved because they connected me to the emergency contact number and gave me the details, but I couldn't see the contact information without looking inside the building, and if I couldn't get in, it wouldn't be easy to get in.There was no elevator, so I went up a narrow staircase similar to that of an apartment complex, and what I saw was a light wooden door with a gap of about 1 cm at the bottom, so I was sure that the soundproofing and air conditioning were no longer in use. When I entered, my first impression was that it was not only beautiful and stylish, but also small! Seriously, a closed, cheap love hotel with no windows? was.I had requested two single beds, but I had one double bed...I would have gotten angry if I had stayed with someone who wasn't related to me. . The worst part was that there was a sofa, but there was a stain on it, probably because someone had spilled a drink on it, so I didn't feel like lying down. The bath only had a shower, and I didn't think the amenities were as complete as the reviews said. Also, there is no TV! I was disappointed because there was a program I wanted to watch, so I tried using a projector, but even after looking at the manual, the operating instructions were too vague, so I gave up. If there was a TV, the sound would probably leak out. This meant that the conversations in the next room were so obscene that my wife couldn't sleep at all. I also felt uncomfortable in the room, so I forced myself to sleep with the help of alcohol.I didn't care about the air conditioning because the climate didn't require it, but I did notice that the air conditioner was old and very yellowed. So I quickly checked out at 6am. As I watched the elegant breakfast buffet at the Coral Hotel across the street, I decided I would never stay here again.Ah but the location is great! For people who are used to staying overnight without meals, it may be just right as there is no waste. There is no parking lot at the hotel, and the parking lot next door has no parking limit on Saturdays and Sundays, so I had to park there overnight. If you are going to throw away 10,000 yen in a parking lot, it would be wise to find another hotel that costs 10,000 yen more.

Closest to the ferry terminal for MiyajimaAnd it’s cheap and convenient❗️But there's no parking lotIf you drive, there will be an additional charge for nearby parking. The room is extremely cold🥶Even with the air conditioner at max, it's quite cold.If you are staying overnight, you must bring a fan heater.Closed space with no windows and nothing to seeI don't watch TV, but noEliminate all amenities to reduce costsIt is better to compete on price and cleanliness. Why not at least open up the rooftop? The great location is ruined because there are no windows.

Speaking of lack of confirmation, it is lack of confirmation...①The room only has a small window in a high place, so you can't see the outside view. In fact, there are almost no windows.②There is no TV.③There is no nightwear.④There is no bath, only a shower room.⑤The entrance door is made of poor material, so conversations inside the room can be heard outside. I could clearly hear the woman in the next room talking and the dog barking.⑥There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so it's a bit of a struggle to get to the room with a large carrier case (I was on the third floor, so it was like a bit of a workout).⑦ Inflexible. Because transportation was disrupted due to Typhoon No. 6, and it was unclear whether we would be able to arrive on time, we wanted to move the accommodation date by one day, but since it was less than 8 days before the cancellation fee would be charged (this (I can't help it to some extent), but if I want to move it, I have to cancel, pay the cancellation fee, and make a new reservation.⑧This is not a problem with the hotel itself, but there seemed to be a lot of foreign tourists, and they were yelling and yelling at each other from early morning, which was annoying.⑨The accommodation fee is high compared to the level of satisfaction. The above is what I am dissatisfied with.I always use Miyajima Coral Hotel when I go to Miyajima, but this time I had no choice but to stay at Miyajima Coral Hotel because it was fully booked, but next time I will choose Coral Hotel no matter what. What I was satisfied with was that the amenities were substantial to a certain extent and that it was clean.

Being able to access accommodation after 21:00 and check-in took more than 2h30. In short words ...The reservation was confirmed the day after. However, the confirmation email contained the PIN code, needed to access the accommodation. No PIN access = no access to accommodation. The 1st phone number on the booking website did not respond and another emergency contact number was located inside the accommodation and had to zoom in to take a picture. This one answered but it was an answerphone that asks you to leave a message ..! So funy ...!Finaly, oncen you were able to access the accommodation, the check-in procedure is particularly complicated and if you have reserved two rooms, the check-in becomes a disaster to obtain the access codes to the rooms.
