I rented it to go to USJ with my daughter. It looks like a normal apartment.I was told in advance that I would receive an email to unlock my room between 16:00 and 17:00, but it never arrived.I arrived in front of the inn at 16:50, and there were other foreign tourists waiting as well, looking confused.Even after 5pm, I still didn't receive an email, so I desperately tried to call, but the phone was not connected. The email finally arrived at 17:02. I think it would be tiring to wait outside for a contact email on a cold or rainy day.It was beautiful inside. There are no sheets or pillowcases. The comforter and pillow are in the closet. As others have said, the bed makes a lot of squeaky noise when it moves a little. As a Japanese person, I am happy that the bath is not a unit bath. However, only shampoo and body soap are provided.Bath towel provided, face towel not providedNo toothbrush eitherThere is a hair dryer, but it's small, like a toy, and doesn't dry my hair very well.Plates, cups, and refrigerator includedIt's close to the station, and there are convenience stores and family restaurants, so it's a good idea to know this from the beginning.I don't know about check-in until the last minute (lol)So, it's a good idea to leave plenty of time and wait while drinking coffee at a family restaurant in front of the station.

A smart choice near Universal Studios. The price for two nights is less than NT$4,000. It is also very comfortable and very close to the station. It is very suitable for people who want to go to Universal Studios. It can accommodate up to three people. But remember that the password lock will not be sent by message or letter until 4 to 5 p.m., and then you have to turn the middle knob after pressing it.It can sleep up to three people. The bed may make some noise when moving during sleep.

My worst accommodation in Japan!!!We booked here for three nights, but after the first night I wanted to leave. Taking into account that I was only going to sleep and shower. We only stayed two nights out of three; for the following;-very questionable cleanliness; you moved something and there was garbage...-cleaning of questionable bed linen is not the next thing. It smelled terrible. It made me think that they didn't change it between one guest and another.- The beds were super uncomfortable and the boards creaked at the slightest movement.-there were no pillows, they were small cushionsAlso super uncomfortable.- zero customer service. Assessing, I think that if not the code they give you at 16:45 works for you; you are on the street- a super late checking. For all this I decided to move to a hotel; Even if you go sightseeing, you expect cleanliness and comfort.I let them know I was leaving and they canceled my reservation so I can't leave my comment on booking.I do not recommend this apartment since there are large hotel chains with modest prices.

If you are Taiwanese,I just happened to read this article with some thought. Please avoid this property,He will ruin your good mood while traveling,First, he will attract you to stay at a low price of NT$600 on the booking website. Later, he will actually charge you an additional NT$1,400, for a total fee of NT$2,000.In addition, he still needs to register your personal information in advance through his website that does not have any other languages. When you do not register in advance, what you may encounter is that he will be very slow to provide you with your room number and check-in password. , but even if you contact him on the same day, you will probably not be able to check in until 16:00-17:00. If you do not follow his rules of the game, your travel mood will explode that day, or you will choose to change hotels by then. Check in at the hotel, but remind you that this hotel is listed on booking and cannot be canceled! Therefore, it is recommended not to come. It is not user-friendly, not friendly, and there are not many services. When you have questions, call and voicemail, and when you send a booking message, it is difficult to reply to you within an hour. I still recommend you not to come. You deserve a better travel experienceOr you want to pay an extra 1,400 for cleaning, but then you see a sweeping robot on the floor.

The creekiest beds I've ever experienced. Not very comfortable and super noisy, even with the slightest of movements. The rest of the room is fine, but the night experience kind of ruins it. Also, there is barely any room for your knees between the toilet seat and the wall.

The introduction on the page of the web page, the arrival time of this guesthouse is 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and the self-help residence is due to self-help, and the door of the door is closed between the 4th and 5th points. When I arrived at the 15th point left and right near the guesthouse, due to the cold weather, I wrote the book, so I sent the short notice to the east and asked whether it was possible to move in before moving in. There were 4 points left and right, and the turnaround time was about 1,000 days. Due to the original additional expenses, I only had a small amount of money at the time, so I got tired of the store in the vicinity, and it took me 57 minutes to reach the 4th point, and then I moved in.Actually, there is a problem with the pre-residency fee and the service fee. Because of the absence of the correction office, the prerequisites are explained, it is convenient for the guest to arrive at the time of payment, or someone can join and arrive early. There were other foreign guests waiting at the entrance to the great tower. The preparations are already good, and the actual delivery is from 4 to 5 points, and the city is reluctant to provide a small amount of convenience to the guests. In addition, Japanese legal precedents, residents of owned land in Japan, when living in Japan, the provision of non-demand housing facilities and proof of identification, but the provision of multiple transfers before moving in, the request for proof of identity, It is inevitable that I will not be able to live there, I will not know what I need, I will provide too much personal information, what is the purpose of it, and I am worried about the actual residence.According to the introduction on the website, check-in time is after 5pm, and since it is a self-check-in, the host will send you the door password between 4pm and 5pm. On the day, we arrived near our accommodation around 3:30. It was cold and windy that day, and I had a lot of luggage, so I messaged the host and asked if I could check in early. Around 4 o'clock, I received a reply from the host saying that if I checked in early, there would be an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour. Since we only had an hour until 5pm, we decided to grab some coffee at a nearby cafe and wait. The password was finally sent to me at 4:57, and I checked in from there.I don't think it's a problem from a business perspective to have to pay extra for early check-in, but it would have been nice if they had told me in advance, so why didn't they explain this to me at the time of booking? Also, on that day, I saw other foreign customers waiting in the cold wind at the entrance of the building. I felt sorry for her. Originally, the system was to send the password between 4:00 and 5:00, and the room was already ready, so it would be helpful if they could be a little more flexible. I think that's a really unfortunate way of doing things. Also, according to Japanese laws and regulations, residents with addresses in Japan are no longer required to submit identification documents or passports when checking into accommodations, but hosts often send messages before checking in. and was asked to provide identification. I was told that I might not be able to check in if I didn't submit it. I'm worried about why I'm being asked for so much personal information.
