Although it is a hotel with a certain age,About 3 minutes walk from Sayamashi StationI think the location is good.I think it's good for solo travelers if you don't mind the facilities.I was able to spend a comfortable time.

I previously stayed in a non-smoking room.(Compared to other "Business Hotels", prices are extremely cheap!)The room has a "decoration window" (it doesn't open even a millimeter. Comes with a mini "ventilation fan")It's extremely hot and humid, so the cooler is running at full capacity.call from front desk"Someone is using the heater, so please turn off the cooler."(?You can use it as you like)If you use a “cooler” in one room,All the floors can only be used as "coolers" or something.(Strange “system”)The station was close and it was basically a convenient location.

The old man at the front desk is very shy. Also, the lobby smells like cigarettes. There is a convenience store in front of Sayama City Station, so you can buy food and alcohol there. On the main topic, the rooms are the worst.First of all, the ventilation fan is noisy. Also, you can hear the phone call from the next room. And when I run water down the sink, a smell like an old man's bad breath comes up from the drain. This is the worst, and when I try to drink water from a glass after brushing my teeth, it hits my nose.I feel like throwing up.It's a reasonable hotel for the price.

This is a rare hotel these days where you can use the built-in radio in your room.Although it is undeniably old overall, I think the hotel is worth the price. As long as you don't mind the fact that it's old and dirty, which is common in cheap hotels that cost less than 10,000 yen, it doesn't have any strange smells, so you can stay there at all. It's a few minutes walk from the station and you can take the train to Kawagoe, so I think it's an easy location to access the rest of Tokyo.I heard that there is a discount for consecutive nights if you pay in cash, but please check.I don't notice any problems with the air conditioner as mentioned in other reviews (maybe the room has been replaced?)Apparently the basement pub is open.

Reservations can be made on Jalan, and PayPay can be used.Parking is free on the hotel grounds, but first come first served. The rooms are fairly spacious and you can relax. It's convenient because it's near Sayama City Station and there are convenience stores and supermarkets around the station. Is the coin laundry a little more reasonable? There is no information about Wi-Fi settings in the room, which is a bit unfriendly.

Although it feels old, it is perfect for a single person on a business trip, and the breakfast buffet in the morning is very helpful.

Cheap and sufficient for a business stay. There are plenty of places to eat right in front of the station, so it's not a problem. However, the ventilation fan and refrigerator were noisy, so I unplugged them.

Available for 3 days starting Sunday night. At the end of November, most of the business hotels in Saitama Prefecture are expensive, so I decided to use this cheap hotel as my starting point. There is Wi-Fi. The table is small for working on the computer or eating. The refrigerator is small, but it can fit 5 cans and plastic bottles in the sleeve, as well as sandwiches, etc., and keeps them cool. The station is right in front of you, and there is a supermarket at the station, which is convenient for purchasing alcohol, drinks, and ingredients. There are several convenience stores, drug stores, and pubs, including chain stores, making it convenient for dining. There wasn't anything in the side dish corner around 9pm, so I guess they had some delicious food lined up. There was also a pachinko parlor at the station. Toyota Rent a Car is also located in front of the station. The rooms are well-cleaned, there are no unpleasant odors, and the front desk staff is very friendly.

The guy at the reception is so unfriendlyI can forgive that, but when I stayed for several nights, I went out and told her that I didn't need to clean the room in the morning, and when I came back around noon and gave her the room number, she looked really disgusted and said, ``I haven't finished cleaning yet.'' When I told him that I didn't need to clean the room in the morning, he said something incomprehensible like, "Oh, it's a set," and handed me the key.The ventilation fan in the room is small and the window doesn't open at all, so if you don't like dusty rooms, you might have a runny nose.I can't stop my nose from running (lol)

The location is within walking distance from Sayamashi Station. The sanitary products and air conditioning equipment in the room are outdated, but there is no problem with using it.
