Single CABIN Tachibana, a men-only accommodation, is a budget option available for 2,500 - 3,000 yen per night. It is a 30-second walk from the station, and the building is a compact space with capsule beds. The showers and toilets are ageing but relatively clean, and yukata (Japanese bathrobes) are provided for indoor use. I expected a quiet night's sleep, but the proximity to the train station may cause some noise disturbance. Still, excellent value for money and very practical.

The reception was very nice. The most important guest room is a simple room with a partition instead of a door. Therefore, you can hear the noise from the neighboring rooms, so please don't make it too noisy. Also, since it's right in front of the station, you can hear station announcements and train sounds. That's the charm. The room includes a bed, TV (with headphones), towels, nightwear, and basic amenities such as a toothbrush and razor. There is also a cabinet with a lock so you can manage your valuables. When you go out, you leave the cabinet key at the front desk.Additionally, if you go out, you are expected to return by midnight at the latest. The toilet and washroom are shared. There is one shower room in the hallway. The shower room is of sufficient size. Just for one personBody soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided, so don't worry if you don't bring anything.Generally speaking, the accommodation fee is low, so you need to be considerate of others and agree to the room conditions as mentioned above.Personally, I was given a semi-private room where I could take a shower and a place where I could lie down on a bed and sleep, and the price was very reasonable, so I'm sure I'll be staying again.Well, I don't come to Tokyo very often, but I think this is the best place in terms of price.

I had delicious miso ramen for the first time in a while. The price is low, and the toppings are plentiful, making you very satisfied. I'll be eating there again soon.

The location and price are perfect, but the facilities are not good and there is no outlet or USB power supply, which is fatal.

Conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the south ticket gate of Akabane Station. Although the price is on the low side for Tokyo, it is a hotel worth the price. Capsules are a common facility, but there are no outlets, so you can't charge things like smartphones. There was someone charging at an outlet on the floor...The compact cabin costs an additional 700 yen, but we recommend this as it is more relaxing than the capsule. There is also a shower room, but as other people have said in their reviews, it is not very clean. It is appropriate for the age of the building. Also, due to the location, you can hear station announcements and train sounds, and there are many people who snore. Especially when it comes to capsules, there are some people who don't have the common sense to watch them because they only see audio leaks on TV, so be careful. There are Seven Seven and Family Mart nearby.I can recommend it to people who just want to be able to sleep on a futon. At Akabane Station, there are many rip-off touts near the east exit, so be careful. Recently, it seems that they are also appearing on the west exit side. Even if an Asian woman approaches you, it's best to ignore them. In the worst case scenario, you could end up paying your credit card at its maximum limit without realizing it, or having cash withdrawn from your cash card. Everyone said that some people were followed to their accommodations, and others ran away.

It's close to the station, making it convenient to move around, but the station announcements are noisy until the last train. The price and facilities are between business hotels and capsule hotels, but there's no bathtub. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There's a ramen shop attached, but it's closed. I haven't eaten there since it's early, but it always smells good.
