I think it's a very good location for sightseeing in Kawagoe. There is no public bath, but there seems to be a super public bath nearby. The front desk staff was also kind.

I came to the area for work, so I wanted to stay in Kawagoe, so I came here🏨The guest rooms are a business hotel, so it's enough for just sleeping. There are as many outlets as needed, so there was enough for my computer, smartphone, and other devices that needed power.I think the free breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:00.It's not luxurious, but if it's just rice, miso soup, salad, meat (meatballs when I was there), salad, natto, eggs (raw eggs, boiled eggs), bread, etc., I'd appreciate the service. As for the taste, it's free so don't worry about it 😅One thing I was concerned about was the parking lot 🚙I arrived late, so the hotel parking lot (a bit small) was full🈵So I looked around at the free parking lots affiliated with nearby hotels, and there were plenty of them. So, I parked at a nearby parking lot (at my own expense if the free parking lot was full) and drove to the hotel (there are many within a 3-minute walk, but each one costs around 1,000 yen at most). So it took about 15 minutes from the time we arrived at the hotel to the time we checked in.If you want to stay at this hotel, I thought it would be better to come by train instead of by car!Especially if you are sightseeing in Kawagoe city.Is the location of the hotel good?

I have used Daily Hotel many times, but this was my first time in Kawagoe. It was clean and the service was good. However, it is a shame that it is far away from the station.

I rate it 1 star only for the price.Others are not evaluated personally. The customer service was the worst ever. When I arrived and went inside with my luggage, the clerk at the front desk was staring at me without saying anything, so I said, ``I'd like to check in,'' and she asked, ``What's your name?''I didn't even feel like replying after that.If there is no welcome, what is your name? So...May I ask your name? I think that's a normal thing to say.Even today's AI and machines don't have emotions, but they speak more politely and serve customers better. If you use bad words, you will show off your negative emotions with a sullen attitude...This alone was enough to make me regret coming here.Maybe it's because of the bad first impression, or maybe it's to be expected with this kind of customer service, but the service is...As soon as you enter the room, you will find a bed. In other words, there are no aisles or hallways, just a bed, and next to that is a toilet and a unit bath. Well, I'm just going to sleep...Breakfast is very simple. There are fewer types than I expected.I am sorry that you are not welcomed and treated as a customer. I won't stay again.

Very convenient as it is close to the tourist center. The access room is new and a little intrusive, but it's perfect. I would like to use it again
