Are the bathrooms and toilets in your room old?I can't say it's clean.Isn't the warm water bidet toilet seat properly installed? It was very difficult to use because it moved when I sat down.But. The food is deliciousEven though I don't usually like fish, I was able to enjoy everything deliciously. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. The bath was nice too,We can pick you up from both Seibu Chichibu Station and Chichibu Station.Thank you very much.I would definitely like to stay again. Please check the toilet seat (^o^;)

My girlfriend said, ``I want to take a hot spring in Chichibu❣️'' so I made a plan. The location was quiet, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious.

◆Posted in August 2020This was my second visit on a hot spring tour. After all, it is an accommodation with excellent cost performance. It's a rare hot spring with no spring quality name, so I can't tell the difference from a simple hot spring lolThe large public bath consists of an indoor bath with heated circulation, a sauna, and a cold bath. Although the open-air bath can be reserved for a fee, it is open for free after 6:30 pm, and the location is great, with hot water flowing over it.Both breakfast and dinner are very delicious, and I think both adults and children will be delighted with the welcome drink and Chichibu shaved ice from 8pm.I was impressed by the thoughtfulness that each toothpick at breakfast was wrapped in origami.

Greeted by a lengthy 15 course meal, each with its own role in the symphony it was, I should have expected what came next: a continuous stream of detailed hospitality and a feature-full hotel.A masseuse came to my room after dinner to cure me of the tight neck and back that come with tireless computer work. The hot springs and open air bath offered the serenity necessary for a clear mind. The lobby arcade offered a range of local art and family-friendly activities that allows for anyone of any age to enjoy their time there; alone or together. The rooms were generous in size while in design. Every piece of furniture, amenity, and appliance placed with care such that it could be appreciated without distraction. Most of all, allowing for the adjacent river and forest to interact efficiently with the room. The city of Chichibu is a marvel; lush and serene, friendly and traditional. It's no wonder Akira Kurosawa chose Hotel Miyama to host him on set, once upon a time...--Japanese translation by ChatGPTWe were treated to a long 15-course meal, each serving as if it were part of a symphony. Maybe I should have guessed what was coming next. It was a series of hotels with meticulous hospitality and multifunctionality. After dinner, a masseuse came to my room and soothed my stiff neck and back from working on the computer. The hot springs and open-air baths provided tranquility to clear the mind. The lobby arcade is filled with local art and family-friendly activities for people of all ages to enjoy alone or together. The room was spacious yet efficient in design. All furniture, amenities, and appliances were placed to avoid distractions and each was carefully evaluated. I was especially impressed by how the room harmonized with the adjacent river and forest. The city of Chichibu is wonderful. It's rich, quiet, friendly and traditional. It's no wonder that Akira Kurosawa once chose the Miyama Hotel for a photoshoot...

This will be a very long review. One night and two days. I made a sudden reservation on the same day.Contrary to the historic exterior, there were many scenes where I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The bus driver will greet you politely. I thought the check-in process would be crowded and take a long time because there were so many customers, but it went very smoothly. The lobby was filled with a nice herbal scent. The sight of herbs in so many bottles is a sight to behold.Enjoy several types of welcome tea and three types of rusk in the lounge while looking out at the lush green scenery before heading to your room. The room is a pure Japanese style room, and the view in front of you is overwhelmingly beautiful with the greenery of the trees. If you look down, you will see a river flowing. What a great way to read Thoreau's Life in the Woods while sitting on a sofa with a view of the scenery right in front of you! I can't help but smile with excitement in the perfect environment. All dinners were very delicious! Sashimi, hotpot, salt-grilled sweetfish (← the best), there are just so many items. It was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. There were various types of shampoo in the bath. It was fun to relax while looking at the green scenery from the bathtub. There is also a machine in the changing room that massages the soles of your feet with high-speed vibrations to relieve stiffness. It's great to be able to use it for free!It was true that the changing room was a bit hot, as mentioned in other reviews, but there was a fan so it wasn't that bad.I had no idea that spa treatments were available at this hotel, but I found out about it from a poster posted in the elevator, and since I had severe shoulder stiffness, I decided to make a reservation.everyone! The therapists here are really wonderful. Your body will feel really relaxed without having to strain yourself. First, we will thoroughly check your entire body and then decide on the course of treatment. People come from all over the country to come here. I agree. The teacher's personality is bright and nice, which makes me feel energized. Thanks to the treatment, I was able to sleep soundly and deeply at night. Now, I don't like futons spread on tatami mats in Japanese-style rooms because they hurt my back, but I was really surprised at how fluffy the futons were, not too soft or too hard, and the pillows had a really nice feel. Bedding can make you feel so comfortable! I was able to sleep comfortably while listening to the flow of the river and the voices of insects. In the morning, I was able to wake up very refreshed because I had a deep sleep.I had scheduled breakfast at 9 o'clock, so no one else was there, so I had a relaxing and delicious meal by myself. There's nothing better than cutting and baking your own butter roux. The cafe latte was also delicious.Check-out is at 10am, but I wanted to take a walk along the river, so I booked a bus for 11am. As I slowly descended the stairs, I was able to see the beautiful river up close. There are some rough roads around the river, so it's best to walk slowly and carefully. The front desk staff asked us to relax wherever we wanted until 11 o'clock, and we spent the time reading newspapers and magazines. On the way, he went out of his way to bring me a glass of cold green tea with ice, and I was moved by his thoughtfulness. When I was about to board the bus at 11 o'clock, the hotel staff went out of their way to say, ``I read the letter in your room. Thank you very much,'' which surprised me once again! Before I left the room to check out, I wrote a note on a notepad and left it on the table to say thank you, as my stay was so wonderful and the time I spent in the room was so wonderful. We wouldn't have been able to do this if we didn't know the details, such as who is staying in which room, and collaborate and share it with all the staff! (I like to call it the Ritz-Carlton in Chichibu)I sincerely hope to visit regularly to experience the beauty of the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.I will go again!

The kaiseki dinner dinner was very delicious. 😀The open-air hot spring bath was also very nice. It's also a nice inn where you can relax in the lobby. I think the employees are also very attentive. Recommended accommodation with good value for money

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, but the open-air bath in the room was not a hot spring! It's a shame because the price was reasonable! And a large bath! I was disappointed that I had to change my clothes once for both the indoor and outdoor baths.
