This is a campsite deep in the mountains where there is no signal. The quiet environment is good. Requires unpaved forest road access. As of April 2024, it is not possible to pass through Mikuni Pass. When there is no one around, you will hear the sound of gunfire in the early morning and evening. I think it's probably for bear protection, but I'm quite surprised.

It was very relaxing. I was traveling by bicycle in the rain during the day, so the hot tea I received as soon as I arrived and the rice with maitake mushrooms that the owner gave me were really refreshing. This campsite has everything you need, including a covered kitchen, trees where you can tie tarps, the river in front of you, firewood that burns quickly without having to split it, and a shop where you can buy cold beer.

I have been a repeat customer for over 10 years. The location is a little inconvenient as there is no cell phone coverage and there is dirt road, but that makes it possible to escape from reality and enjoy nature to your heart's content. In the summer, you can swim with mountain fish and rockfish in the clear river, and in the fall, you can relax by a bonfire while watching the trees change color. And at night, you can sometimes see artificial satellites in the starry sky❗You can spend an indescribable time. You can also enjoy the +α owner's picture-story show and Beigoma competition. This is a camping club. It's different from a normal campground, and everyone is working together to enjoy camping, so common sense is required. Lastly, the seasonal honey collected from the bees that the owner carefully nurtures is the best❗I love chestnut honey.

A campsite where you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The manager is also kind. The plot is gravel and large enough to accommodate a large tent. The river is extremely beautiful and clear, so it's a good idea to go there just for playing in the river. Although some areas are deep, it is safe enough for children and small dogs to play. If the sky is clear at night, you can see a sky full of stars. The toilet is Japanese style. Only one administration building has a Western style. Draft beer is available for 700 yen. My weak point is that there are so many insects that I get bitten all the time. Also, be careful on the way to get there. We drive quite a bit on gravel roads deep in the mountains, big enough for one car to pass. Is it okay to go through tunnels, roads, and cliffs? I think so. A truly unexplored place.

It wasn't open even though it was Sunday. I would like to be allowed to pass through Mikuni Pass.
