This is a guest house that I would like to recommend!Suwa-san, a staff member with a lovely smile, welcomed me with both hands. It was supposed to be our first meeting, but it was too warm.On the chabudai, I was given an explanation of how to spend time at the guesthouse and a tour of the rooms, and I realized that one of the great things about the guesthouse is that you can get to know the staff very closely. The room was a private room with bunk beds. The air conditioner and power outlet in the bed were also helpful. It was incredibly comfortable. Very calming. After taking a bath that night, I was eating the ice cream I had bought in the common area, and I was asked if I would be interested in showing the album until Guest House Chabudai was opened. I was really moved by the fact that this guesthouse was built with the love of the people around it.The cooked rice, miso soup, and amazake for breakfast were delicious.Anyway, thank you for the happy time.thank you for helping me! I definitely want to come again.

Definitely recommend staying at least one night in this cozy guesthouse. Location is fabulous, right smack in the middle of the town. Owner is very friendly, the house is over 100 years old and is maintained very well. People come here at night to gather, it was a very homely experience. Would recommend for those who want to soak in the Japanese culture.

★PostscriptLunch is also available. Keema curry is 1000 yen. It's not cheap and the portions aren't huge, but it's normal for a stylish cafe in a tourist area.★It's about a 20 minute walk from Kawagoe Station on the Tojo Line, but it's not that close. This is a stylish cafe/bar/guesthouse built in an old private house that was built over 100 years ago.Foreigners seem to like it. In fact, it seems like there are a lot of them. The staff probably changes daily, but is it basically a one-off operation? She was a very bright and kind woman. It looks like there is only one dormitory room. Although it is a bunk bed, the curtain is tightly attached so there is no problem with privacy. There is also a regular 100V power outlet and a USB-A type power source. One of the lights is blocking it, but this will interfere, so it would be nice to have something like a turnout. You can buy it at Daiso. There is also a small safe.Wi-Fi is of course perfect. There seems to be only one shower room, but if it's just one room, it's probably enough. It is locked and there is also a changing area. Body soap and shampoo are also available. You can use it anytime. There is also a hair dryer.Bath towels are also provided. There are also earplugs. It might be better to buy towels for washing your body at Daiso or Donki in front of the station. Toothbrushes too. There's only one toilet. It's clean and there's no problem in that sense, but I'm concerned about the noise. Especially large ones. I wish there was a device like Otome or something that makes noise.Since it is an old building, barrier-free access is not considered at all. I can't help it.Breakfast is optional for 500 yen. You can choose Japanese or Western food. It's simple, but it's enough. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Koedo sightseeing spots. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store, although it is a bit of a walk. Drink vending machines are right in front of you. There are several restaurants, although it is a bit of a walk. There is a tea table in the common living room. You can also use the refrigerator freely. It was a little noisy at night, but it didn't seem like there were any people staying overnight.Kawagoe is a tourist destination, but there seem to be very few guesthouses, so it's very valuable. This is an inn that I want to cherish.Accommodation costs are not cheap for a dormitory, but I guess the renovation costs are high.It seems to be popular so it's difficult to make a last minute reservation on Agoda.I think it's better to make a reservation far in advance. They also have an Instagram account, and it seems like they are collaborating with the local community to try out various things. There is a samurai residence nearby, but it's worth a visit. There are free guides.
