Great beds and location! Even came with a towel which is very rare for a hostel.

Staying overnight at this inn reminded me of my poor student days. The inside was clean, the quality was good, and it was reasonably priced. Enough for cheap accommodation. just. I was a little annoyed when an American used a washing machine at night and the sound of the machine was loud. It would be even better if there was a small ventilation fan.

The location is in the middle of three stations. No matter which tram company you want to take, it is within a 10-minute walk.There are not many beds so it is relatively simple and quiet. Although it is not separate accommodation for men and women, there are two men's and women's toilets which are quite sufficient. Although there is only one shower room, during the five days I stayed there, I did not encounter anyone using it when I wanted to use it, and it was very clean overall.In addition, I must especially praise the mattress for sleeping well😌Kitchenette: All necessary refrigerators, kitchen utensils and tableware are available. There is also a water dispenser supplying hot and cold water.All in all, the CP value of living is very high and worthy of the price.I would like to stay here again next time I come to Tokyo 🙂‍↕️

Fantastic location, big beds and very clean. Only drawback is that there's only one shower - so if you have somewhere important to be make sure to wake up extra early to allow enough time!

During my three-night stay, I used an iPad for self-service check-in and check-out. The iPad has multiple languages, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to read Japanese. I met a grandmother who was very kind. She had to climb up and down to clean at such an old age. It was really hard work!The space of the hostel is smaller than I imagined. It is a light and cute hostel, with a small living room, a small dining room and a kitchen, but everything is just right for me. If you are afraid of disturbing others, you can go to the small open space next to the restaurant to open your suitcase and organize it. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a large refrigerator where you can store food. You can also cook your own meals, or buy bread and milk and heat them up to eat.The bathroom is shared by men and women. There is only one room, which is a small drawback. It is best to stagger the time, otherwise you have to wait for others to take a shower before you can use it. The bathroom provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, which are considered wet and dry. Separate, you can get dressed cleanly by the door after taking a shower (bath towels are provided. If you stay for more than one day and don't meet the cleaning lady, you will use the same bath towel for those days). As for the restrooms, there are two women's restrooms and two wash basins. There was no need to wait at all during my three-day stay.If you bring large luggage, there are free locks in the small walkway next to the restaurant. You can lock your luggage there and then take away the sign with the password. There is also a small cabinet next to the bed, which can also lock valuables.As for the location, if you are looking for a convenient ride and not far from a subway station, but don’t want to live in a noisy urban area and want to find Japanese-style streets, then you can choose here! It actually takes about half an hour to get to the city (it takes about half an hour to go to Ginza or Shibuya). It is not far or close, so it is suitable for travelers who want to stay away from the crowds. It is recommended to go to Sugamo nearby. If you like to go to sento, there are two sento to choose from within a 20-minute walk! There are also cute bakeries, restaurants, izakayas, small bookstores, etc. that are open from morning to 9pm nearby, but it still maintains the peaceful atmosphere of a residential area, which is great!
