Almost entirely internet-basedI tried to request a pick-up from my hotel, Seibu Chichibu Station, but there was no phone call.I'm making calls, but they don't answer. Even if you try to be careful and call after 10:00 after check-out, it won't connect. After that, I could not connect even after check-in time of 3pm.I had no choice but to contact the tourist information center in front of Seibu Chichibu Station, but I couldn't get a connection, so it seems like it's famous. If you call the person at the information desk, you will be connected immediately. When I later informed the staff at the hotel, they didn't apologize and said, ``The group's call center is taking all calls.''The phone number on the homepage is not a direct line to the hotel. The building of the inn is magnificent and the rooms are clean. There is an open-air bath in the room, but if it gets too hot, there is no tap so you can't use it.When I asked the front desk, they said, ``The water temperature is fully automatic and controlled all at once.'' No service in the refrigerator(Is it only for this period?) Canned beer, canned chuhai, and water are free. There are no tea sweets. The food is very delicious. However, although it is served in your room, you are responsible for receiving and serving the food in front of your room.I also leave the tidying up in front of the room. It's not a set meal.It feels like it's being run with a small number of people. On the way back, I took a taxi (free). The person who seems to be the landlady doesn't understand until the end. There are two free private open-air baths, but I didn't have time to bathe. For those who want to be quiet,Recommended.

Great cost performance!By making arrangements for serving meals, carrying luggage, etc.Reduce labor costs, improve room cleanliness, and improve guest room open-air, improve the quality of amenities and equipment. The strategy is to keep costs down.It has been transmitted.A ryokan has cut down on over-the-top services. It was a satisfying and efficient stay.I want to stay here again.

There are so many disappointing points that I will never repeat it.①The light bulb next to the bed in the room was burnt out and could not be turned on.② The deodorizing spray in the toilet was missing.③As mentioned in other reviews, the rice is cold. These three points are still completely acceptable.I am writing here because something very unpleasant happened to me.There was a problem with noise from the room next door. (I think the walls are thin.)The people in the room next to the room I stayed in were having a big party even after 12:00 pm, and here are the sounds of violent voices, sounds like instruments, and screaming voices. The sound echoed all the way to my room and I couldn't sleep at all.I thought I wouldn't be able to get any sleep due to the noise and vibrations, so I told the people at the hotel about my current situation so they could warn me."got it. I'll warn you on the phone once. However, we are normally only available until 11pm. "They said.I was careful. After I received the call, the noise from the neighbors stopped for 30 minutes, but it started making noise again around 1:30 p.m.The hotel staff told us that they were supposed to stay open until 11 p.m., so we had no choice but to do something about it ourselves, so we went to ask the person next door to be a little quieter.I knew that, but he was a drunk man and didn't have much common sense, so I was scared when he said offensive words to me.After that, the noise and vibration stopped and I was finally able to fall asleep around 2am.Even though I came here to relax, I felt extremely tired both physically and mentally.Of course, the fault lies with the person next door who is making such an unreasonable noise, but I also feel sorry for the inns who have a policy of not responding to guests after 11 p.m.Based on the above, I give it a one star rating.

I arrived at 3:30 pm, and as I was the last guest to arrive, I was able to check in without having to wait.We stayed in 2 rooms with 2 people each. Both rooms are on the 1st floor, and my parents have a room where they can see the open-air bath and garden from inside, and we have a room across the hallway from which we can see the open-air bath, but if we're lucky, we can see the railway. Masu. The four of us ate the meal together in my parents' room. After reading the reviews, there seemed to be a lot of dissatisfaction with the food, so I bought some side dishes from a local supermarket and brought them with me, but there was enough of it that I didn't need it. It may not be enough for young people. For drinks, there is a soft drink machine in the lobby, similar to those found at family restaurants. There are no people relaxing in the lobby, and there are no shops or strolling outside, so it seems like people are holed up in their rooms, and the inside of the building is very quiet. The in-room refrigerator is stocked with alcohol and water, so you'll never run out of something to drink. The size of the room is impressive. Even when I unpacked my luggage, it didn't feel messy, and the open-air bath was pleasant. I thought the shower pressure was weak. You have to ask the staff to change the temperature, but they are happy to do so.I thought it would be impossible to rent a private bath because there were 10 guests in all 10 rooms in the building, but when I went to the basement, it was unexpectedly empty and I was able to take a bath three times in total. I thought it would be crowded, but I guess some people didn't go because there was an open-air bath in the room (←My parents)I think this is the best inn if your purpose is to relax.

At least serve the rice and miso soup piping hot.I wanted it.The water in the bath had dirt floating in it and was slimy.I think the room is great. But I'm looking forward to taking a bath and eating. There are no repeats.

Used during the Chichibu Whiskey Festival.I went there with my pregnant wife, and there was no mention of a shuttle bus. The inn will cover the cost if you give the taxi receipt instead, but there are hardly any taxis available during this period.I had no choice but to walk along the mountain path for about 20 minutes from Seibu Chichibu Station.Waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes. As a result, the stall attached to the room was out of order and could not be used. A discount of 5,000 yen will be applied at the time of payment. The rice was completely cold and you could see that it had been made ahead of time.I was told that I would get a 5,000 yen discount on the way back, but since it was only for one person, I asked and was told that it would be a 5,000 yen discount for two people. Neither of us could enter the stall, but...Finally, I asked her to call a taxi because there was a pregnant woman there, but she said that was not possible. What does it mean to have transportation? Isn't the open-air bath something to be proud of? I think it is best not to stay overnight if you are pregnant, disabled, or elderly. Was it just a coincidence of bad luck?I think this is the worst accommodation in Japan so far.

Located in Hitsujigaoka Park, you can walk to see the moss phlox. There were plenty of parking lots for people who came to see the moss phlox, so it was difficult to get to the hotel. It was nice to have an open-air bath in the room and a free private bath.
