From the outside of the building, the rooms seem a little old. However, the room was very clean.I wonder if it was renovated? It doesn't feel old at all, and it's not dirty at all.It was comfortable.Breakfast was also delicious. No repeats at all.

I have stayed at super hotels all over the country, but the breakfast at this hotel was among the best.

I'm the kind of person who thinks hotels are just for sleeping without meals, as long as they have the minimum necessary facilities, and as long as it's cheap, that's fine...It's a relatively cheap hotel, so I went there with no expectations, but everything I saw left a good impression! I was also happy that breakfast was included.First, when making a reservationI was told that a reservation was required to use the parking lot, so I called them in the middle of the night the day before my last-minute check-in, and the person on the phone was kind and helpful. I was told that the parking lot was a little far and that I needed a permit, so I was asked to park in the handicapped parking lot in front of the hotel, get a permit, and then go to the parking lot. She suggested, ``I think it would be difficult to carry your luggage from the parking lot, so if you don't mind, I can leave your luggage at the front desk while you hand over your permit.''Also, the parking fee is 1,000 yen, but when I told them that I would like to park in the morning, I was told that I would need to pay the previous night's fee and that it would cost an additional 1,000 yen. He suggested that the nearby Seiyu parking lot was closer to the hotel, so if we were to spend the same amount of money, it might be better to go there. I was so moved by how kind they were.I received a thorough explanation during check-in, and the man at the reception was also very personable! I was also surprised that there was a welcome drink. Also, it was nice that there were many different types of amenities and you could choose as many as you wanted, as well as pillows. I don't like the thick pillows that are typical of hotels, but I was able to find the perfect pillow. The room was also clean. The guest room keys are password-operated, so I don't have to worry about losing my in-key or keys, which was nice as I personally like password-operated rooms. Also, the female staff who came to breakfast was nice. It was a pleasant greeting, smile, and voice. I was very impressed by how he went out of his way to pass out freshly baked bread to our seats and ask if we would like it. And the bread was also very delicious. When checking out, he greeted me with a smile and sent me off in front of the elevator. The cleaning staff greeted us cheerfully as well, and I couldn't have expected the service to be this good. There was another customer checking in who seemed to have used the service multiple times, and I thought I could understand what it feels like to be a repeat customer. He said things like, ``Thank you for your continued support,'' and I thought it was great that they valued their repeat customers. It's been a long time, but I was really impressed with the service, the personality of the staff, and other aspects! It's no wonder that other people's reviews are good. I would definitely like to come again.Thank you to all the staff for your hard work! thank you very much!

The homepage has changed and prices have suddenly increased from June reservations. No matter how much prices have gone up, the prices have gone up too much...It's impossible for the two of us to go from 10,000th place to 20,000th place in a super twin race.It was a great hotel before it became expensive, but I don't think I'll stay there again.

Have you ever been so kind in a business hotel? When we came back from the heavy rain, they had towels waiting for us, and they even told the kids that the breakfast was freshly made, so we had a comfortable stay. Also, the room was designed with the concept of a good night's sleep, and I couldn't hear the clock ticking or the refrigerator running, so I certainly slept well! I have stayed at other hotels nearby, but this one was the best! !

The staff's customer service was extremely polite and kind! ! ! This is the first time I've been to a business hotel where the service was so good. I think it was because there weren't many people there, but while we were having breakfast, people offered us freshly baked bread and talked to us. This was my first time in Saitama, but it was a hotel I would like to stay at again! I'm really thankful to you.
