This is the worst inn.If we wanted to change the number of people, we would have to cancel not only the number of reservations for the increased or decreased number of people, but also the reservations for all of them and then make a new reservation, and we were told that there would be no reduction or exemption of cancellation fees. In reality, not everyone is canceling, so I politely asked for a reduction in the fee, but they did not accept it at all. Moreover, when I rebooked, the price was higher than the original accommodation plan, so I ended up paying about twice as much including the cancellation fee. I decided that I couldn't have fun, so I paid the standard cancellation fee and canceled everyone.I don't want to use all of the Shiki Group again, and I definitely don't want to recommend them to anyone.

Due to the cancellation of the Shinkansen due to the typhoon, I made several calls to cancel my reservation from the morning of the day before, but I was not able to get through. After calling several times until the day of the call, I thought I was finally able to get through, so I asked for a cancellation, but was told that I would have to pay the entire cancellation fee.We had set up a phone system that would allow us to respond the day before. I was told that the full cancellation fee would be charged on the same day.If you say you have a perfect telephone system, does that mean that no matter how many times you call, they don't answer? For those who use it, please be careful.I've heard that just changing from a room-only plan to a plan that includes meals will incur a cancellation fee for the room-only room, and if you can't go due to a natural disaster, I think it's better to assume that you can't cancel by calling the day before.

There are only a few rooms, so it was quiet and relaxing. The hot springs also have a nice view, and you can bathe overlooking the ocean. No one is in the bath when the lights are off, so if you enter at that time, you can relax and soak in the hot spring by yourself. The breakfast had a few side dishes, but it was just the right amount for me and was delicious.

The other day, I wanted to watch fireworks, so I searched for a ryokan in Atami, and the only one available was the Shikihaku Club, so I made a reservation, but I knew it would be many times more expensive than usual, but that's probably it. I thought not. However, they often charge more than 20,000 yen per person for one night without any service! There were no toothbrushes or bathing fees...There was a convenience store nearby, but it was set up until curfew, and I was told that I couldn't leave after 11pm, and that if I couldn't come back, it would be my own responsibility😤Even though the room is said to have a view of the fireworks, there is actually a tree hidden behind it, making it difficult to enjoy the room in general. And the worst part is that the air conditioner in the room doesn't work at all. The staff came twice to fix it, but it was very dirty inside, and there was almost no air conditioning. The manager, I think, told me to stay in the karaoke room...can you believe it?Also, at this inn, you have to lay out your own futon, so it's more expensive than a private lodging house, and there are no services at all. This time I wanted to bring my kids to enjoy the fireworks, but my kids got so hot during the night that they even had a nosebleed and couldn't sleep at all! Adults also suffered from heatstroke and had headaches until the next day. However, even though I tried to negotiate with them, nothing could be done, and they just apologized without any sincerity.I will never stay in a place like this again, even for a single yen!

This is the worst inn. I originally booked an expensive room to watch the fireworks, but as a result more than half of the view was blocked by trees. The receptionist's attitude was bad and no service was provided. If you don't return to the inn before 11pm, you'll have no choice but to stay outside. I was told this when I first checked in. I would like to cancel, but I have to incur a 17,000 yen fee. When I got into the room, I found that the air conditioner was very dirty and had almost no cooling function. No matter how many times I tried to negotiate with the front desk, it would be impossible to stay in a karaoke room. I really think it would be better to close the Shiki Club inn as soon as possible. The most basic Japanese-style inn. The original fireworks were visible in my room, but as a result, the view field was covered by a tree that blocked my view. There is also a difference in the status of entertainment and the amount of service provided. When I first entered the residence, I knew that I had to return to the hotel before the 23rd night. Unfortunately, the plan was canceled at that time, but the demand payment was 17,000 days, and the plan was accepted. After entering the room, the air condition is emergency, there is no limit to the cold function, the test is repeated, but the defendant knows that the card is OK to live in the room. My attitude is also extremely low, and I can't wait to call the guest on the phone. This is the worst ryokan. Originally, I reserved an expensive room to watch the fireworks, but ultimately, over half of the view was obstructed by trees. The receptionist's attitude was poor, and no services were provided. I was told during check-in that if I didn't return to the inn by 11 PM, I'd have to stay outside. I want to cancel, but it would cost 17,000 yen in fees. Once I entered the room, the air conditioning was extremely dirty, so the cooling function is almost non-existent. I negotiated with the front desk several times, but the suggestion of staying in the karaoke room is ridiculous. I truly believe the Four Season Club should be closed down as soon as possible.

I stayed here the other day.First of all, from the parking lot to the building, there are stairs that are like hell for elderly people... After checking in, there are more stairs... There is an elevator, but I was very tired going to the Japanese-style room on the 3rd floor. I went out to eat dinner and there was a curfew, so I hurried back and went to bed, and all night I heard strange noises coming from outside my room over and over again! I can't sleep...The bath really felt like a hot spring, and considering the price, Oedo or Itoen were much better. There is no 100 paripi.
