Quietly located hotel in a residential area. Rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Internet is great.But the air conditioning is completely moldy and we had a dried up insect in the air conditioning.Breakfast theme:Selection was OK. However, everything is served in such small bowls that you can only take two small spoons at a time otherwise the bowl is empty. There is also only filter coffee, no machine. You can order the eggs as desired and then get two small sausages (well that wasn't enough for us)

We think this hotel offers great value for money. The location may not be as central as some others, but the size of the rooms more than makes up for it. The location is good to go to the zoo and Tokyo zoo amongst other places.The staff were helpful and friendly looking after our luggage when we arrived early for our check in. Even arranging for it to be waiting in our room when we returned to check in,On departure the receptionist even wrote instructions for our taxi driver.

The room is compact and feels like it has everything you need. It's not luxurious, but I use it regularly when I'm on a business trip and just want to sleep and go home.

In order to participate in the Tokyo Dome event, I made a reservation as soon as possible in the surrounding area.When I actually went there, the University of Tokyo was right next to it, and it was in a residential area, so it was a very quiet place.You have to eat and drink near the station, but it wasn't an inconvenience.Before the event, I asked if I could just leave my luggage there, and by the time I left, they kindly took it to my room.The lobby and hallways were clean and there were free drinks available next to the front desk.The room was a twin room, but it was very spacious and each bed was double size (speaking of luxury, I would have been even happier if the pillows were firmer).The toilet and bath were also separate, and I was thankful that the hair dryer was SALONIA and dried quickly, perhaps by chance.Check-in is also easy by reading the QR code and entering the necessary information from your mobile phone.Check-out was also smooth with a simple system where all you had to do was return the key to the key box at the front desk.It is necessary to walk for about 15 minutes to Tokyo Dome, and if you are alone, I think it would be safer to walk to the hotel at night on a road with a lot of traffic rather than taking a shortcut through a residential area (it is quiet and there are shops and restaurants). (There was no such thing, so it seemed quite dangerous.)I think I will use it again if I have a chance.
