**[Beware of Receptionist Scams!]**There is a reason why cheap accommodations are cheap. In the case of this hotel, there were plenty of reasons:- Dirty towels- Broken showerhead- Scams by the front desk staffThe most egregious issue was the scam by the front desk staff. When I checked in, I paid a deposit of 300 baht, but when I checked out, they only refunded 200 baht. Of course, I protested, but the receptionist pretended not to understand English and evaded me.When I paid the deposit, I asked for a receipt, but they refused, and I made the mistake of complying. Such scams happen frequently in Thailand. When handing over cash, always record a video or leave some proof.Additionally, there were other issues:- Staircases that are too narrow- Large wild rats running around the road in front of the hotel- Noisy air conditioning units that make it impossible to sleep at nightChoosing such a hotel just because it's cheap will lead to a lot of regret.

Come use the shower room. The staff speak well. The bathroom is new, clean, has a powerful shower, has a water heater, and has a place to hang things, but it's probably a new bathroom just built in the building next door. Because reading from reviews that do not match But the price of bathing is a little too high.

Didn't go to use the room service. But go use the bathroom. That is, the bathroom shower is rarely usable. When I went in, there was a used towel placed on the toilet, full of jagged edges, dust, and other things. One time is enough.

Great location across the road fromBus terminal 2.On arrival the receptionists didn’t speak any English! Told me they were fully booked, so I had to show them my booking before they took me seriously!!The room was very spacious, with a seat, desk, storage area and open wardrobe. However, I then noticed the faults which were mostly with the bathroom, the towel rail was broken as was the shower head, it could not be fixed in position so I had to hold it to have a shower. The toilet seat was so loose I thought it was broken, the shower had a curtain rail in place, just no curtain to hang on it and the TV refused to switch on. I then went downstairs and told reception who told me it would be fixed tomorrow, when they knew I was only staying one night!!! I then made a complaint to the owner and miraculously someone appeared a little later with new batteries. Overall only a 7 out of 10 from me, which is a shame as it was a nice room and a great location if you want to be close to the bus station.

The steps are very steep and narrow, and going up and down is a real pain in the knees. Just carrying your bags up and walking up causes a lot of pain. Suitable for people who don't have luggage because if you stay on the third floor, you'll be in trouble. Just walking up the stairs is bad. Too bad there's no lift.

Come use the shower service. The bathroom is new, but it looks like it was poorly built, the water leaks, there is a lack of care, the functions in the bathroom are not okay. There are no hooks to hang things. There are open chairs for placing things near the shower. Water easily splashes onto things. The floor outside was leaking water. Disappointed and thought that he was not used to 50 baht.
