*Reprint■Good pointsThe location is about 3 minutes by car from Ryujin Onsen. There is also a roadside station with a supermarket and convenience store within a 15-minute drive, so it's not an inconvenience. Also, for those staying overnight, you can have a BBQ on the deck of the building, and you can use the washing area, desks, chairs, etc. for free, so it was easier than having it at the nearby BBQ area. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable. The neighbors of the guesthouse seemed to work as helpers, and they were very kind.It feels more like a guest house than a typical guesthouse where you can stay overnight without meals. It was also great to interact with other guests.■Unsatisfactory pointsBefore I went, I wanted to confirm my reservation and ask about the BBQ facilities, so when I called the listed contact information, the response was very poor. The listed contact information seems to be connected to the owner's home, but when his wife comes out, she insists, ``The call is not at the guesthouse, but at his home.I don't know, so please call the owner.'' .I kept calling the given cell phone number for two days, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, but it always announced that it was out of service. I contacted my wife again, but she told me to contact her from here. Shouldn't we at least create a system where someone we can talk to will answer the phone?I was very nervous before going. The owner also runs the nearby "Iyashi no Sato Ryujinmura Komatagawa Bungalow", so he is often out of range because he is there most of the time. (It seems that there are many complaints due to phone calls not being connected.)It seems that it is registered on both ``Jalan'' and ``Rakuten Travel'', and during the busy season, the reservation status is not known, and the reservation status of the bungalow or this guesthouse may be booked. At that time, it is first-come-first-served, so guests from the bungalow may be accommodated at this guesthouse, and vice versa. When we went, 4 groups were booked instead of the capacity of 3 groups. One group never came.■OverviewI think this is a great option for those who want to keep their accommodation costs low, enjoy BBQ, visit nearby hot springs, and enjoy interacting with other guests. So I think you can either like it or dislike it.If you go there thinking it's a normal guesthouse, you'll end up with a lot of complaints, so I think you need to take it seriously. If you really want to stay in a bungalow or guesthouse, it is important to get there early.I would like to go again next year if I have a chance.
