I don't want to go there again.First of all, the employees are not properly trained. They didn't greet us and had bad manners, making me wonder if they saw us as customers.Next, it cost an extra 2,000 yen a day for things like upgrading rental equipment. Of course, this is an optional addition, but the employee told me negatively that the version without the upgrade was outdated and of poor quality, and recommended an upgraded version that would cost an additional 2,000 yen a day. So I chose the upgraded version, but when I tried it on, I felt that it was no different from the regular version. In the end, one of the employees came with a shoe with the toe torn off (I was fed up with it at this point).The rice was average.There were spider webs in the corners of the public bath and changing rooms, making me wonder if they were being cleaned properly.Also, most of the hallways were dark and eerie, and the walls in the room were thin, so the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was very loud, making it uncomfortable.

You have to pay extra for snowboarding boards, and hotels that are crazy because they don't have a sink stopper by default are old and smelly.I don't want to do it again

I stayed here on a bus tour named after a constellation. I think there are various opinions, but we are satisfied.It is true that rental is a fee system, butThere is no other place where you can rent a decent board for just 2000 yen a day.You're probably angry because you think it's free. To be honest, the rice was just that bad, but the food, bed, and room were perfectly fine. Just bring a bath towel and small amenities and you'll have a comfortable stay.

Rental equipment snowboardseriously the worstAt first, both free snowboards and paid snowboards are offered. Even the paid snowboard was very old and damaged, but even when I told the staff, they wouldn't replace it, and their attitude was really bad🖕It's illegal in my country!Such malicious stores should be sentenced to death.Should be shot!! ️

I used it for rental (LA FITE) and to store my luggage.As other reviews have said, the quality of the rental is poor. For example, in the case of a board, if there is no additional charge, they will try to rent you a board that is not even waxed and is in tatters. However, this place (Eldia) is cheap, so at this point I can just give up 2000 steps and forgive.What I can't forgive is their dishonesty. First, we paid an additional fee (1,500 yen) and agreed to rent a 3-4 year old model board, hot waxed boots, and BOA (dial). However, the boots that were given to me afterwards were not BOA. When I told the store clerk about this, she said, ``BOA doesn't currently have boots in that size.'' If you don't have one, you don't have to worry about it, but shouldn't you check that before you borrow and pay? Taking advantage of the fact that I'm a beginner at boarding, I feel like he's disrespecting me by lending me boots without a BOA without telling me. I'm fine with saying that I feel bad, but isn't it a crime to rent out low-grade items without any explanation or agreement with the customer?In the end, when I was wondering if I should change my plan, boots with BOA that were almost the same size came out and I was able to get away with it, but I wonder why I didn't get them even though they were available. On the contrary, it feels bad.The plans here (Eldia) are probably cheaper, but as for the quality of the rentals, as mentioned above, the people are willing to commit crimes, so I don't recommend renting here unless you are in serious financial trouble.
