There is a lot of greenery, which is nice, but there are narrow places along the way so you need to be careful.It will be closed until the end of February due to frozen water pipes.

I went to my first solo camp. However, it is a familiar place where I have enjoyed fishing and barbecues since childhood.The location is a tributary of a dam, and the road leading up to it is narrow and not well-maintained, so there are places where tree branches can hit high-height cars. When I was running the Takase Lake Marathon, the roads were well maintained and clean, but lately they seem to be quite rough.I think the campsite is quite large and beautiful. I think you can enjoy camping in a variety of situations, such as in the shade of a tree or in the sun. The environment is perfect and you can enjoy playing in the river, so families with children will also be happy.However, the toilet is currently unavailable, so if you are concerned about that, you may not be able to use it.

Five years ago, when I went there for the first time, I thought it was a valuable campsite that I could use for free.May 15, 2024.I visited for the first time in a while for a preview, and what I found was amazing! !All toilets were prohibited to use~(*_*)To all of you who stayed during Golden Week...I wonder what happened to the toilet...I can't believe it...Things like this are things you don't know until you get there, so for people who came with the intention of staying the night, wouldn't it be quite shocking?What's more, there is an indication that a bear will appear.The road to the campsite is narrow, and the vegetation grows thickly as if to narrow the width of the road, so you have to be prepared to damage your car, and if an oncoming car comes, it will be quite difficult to separate.At the moment, various troubles are foreseen, and since it is a free site! The proverb "Nothing is as expensive as it is!" made me think of this as a campground where you can go on the ground.

There is running water and toilets. There is a river in front of you where you can play.There are two places to camp, and the upper one surrounded by trees is popular.It's free and it's great.

There is a campsite where the management doesn't pay any attention when there are guests they don't like, but secretly takes pictures of them and publishes them on the internet (even car license plates).Camping etiquette is important, but this is a big problem other than camping etiquette.

Although it is free, it is a clean and comfortable campground. There is no administration building, so you need to be prepared with basic firewood, but thankfully there is a Sunmart nearby, so you can get food and other supplies.However, be careful about the route. If you go from the Tokuyama direction, the road is quite steep, so if you have a car larger than 5 people, you may need to turn around. I recommend going from the Kano area, even if it's a long detour.

It seems that the campsite has reopened from June 5, 2020 (Monday). Only the multi-purpose toilet can't be used.

Free camping is possible. There are no toilets or water. Parking and camping randomly. There is a valley right next to it. The facility is closed.

Please be careful as the access road is in poor condition. There is a water source, but apparently it's not drinkable (boiling required), so it's safe to bring in a jug.

As of the end of July 2022I'm traveling around Japan by light car from Kanto.I'm really grateful for free campsites like this. Cars are allowed on site.However, the toilets are currently out of order and there are only two temporary toilets.There was water, but it was not suitable for drinking, so I only used it for washing.Since you can play in the river, there were many families on weekends.There is Ishifune Onsen, about 10km away, where you can take a bath and eat.You can purchase them at Sunmart Kano, which is located in front of the hot springs.Since the season is coming, I hope that the toilet will be fixed soon.

I occasionally use it for solo camping on my bike.free. A nature experience campsite.I'll get to that.A beautiful river flows and the trees are green.Perhaps because of this, the toilets and water fountains were shaped like natural ones.Is it beautiful these days?The nearest hot spring felt a little far away, and when I went there by bike in early fall, the wind cooled the water on the way back.Last time I used it, there were only two groups, probably because it was a weekday.I was so shaken that I couldn't sleep because I was worried about being attacked by an animal. I'm scared of bears. I wonder if there isHowever, I will go again to experience nature.
