Avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed there in August, and they made unauthorized charges to my bank account with no explanation. When I reached out for clarification, they had no answers. After weeks of persistence, they admitted they didn’t know who processed the charge, despite it being under their name, and refused to assist further. The customer service is abysmal. Beware, they are not trustworthy!

Be careful with this hotel, they charge you a few days after you have passed the free cancellation a random amount of money that they justify as commissions but you talk to them, ask questions and want to know more information and then it turns out that they are no longer commissions, and in the end they are not You know why they charge you more. They charged me the price of the stay and this supplement. To this day, more than a week after I abandoned it, I still don't know anything about what that money was that they overcharged me for.Be very careful when choosing this hotel, look very carefully at the charges into account to avoid these problems.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the historic center of Chiang Mai, a stone's throw from the Sunday night market but absolutely away from the casino. …

A highly recommended small boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a set meal with more than a dozen sets to choose from. The pork noodles and beef noodles are both great. The staff at the counter are very friendly. It is within walking distance to Chedi Luang Temple and Tha Pae. Gate and other attractions, there is also a 7-11 nearby
