I came to Tono for work and stayed there for the first time, and I thought the food was good, but I was surprised to see the manager come into the bath, and when I opened the door in the bath, he was there, which was horrible. I've been to many places and stayed in many places, but this is the first time I've had a manager in the bathroom. When I locked the door and took a bath, the manager told me not to lock the door. When I asked why, I was told that there were customers doing laundry? It's not like the four of us and two other people are doing the laundry, and women should be more careful, so there's no women-only bath, and there aren't any towels or bath towels in the room, so I can't ask anyone to lend me one. The washing machine is always filled with water, and there are two women's toilets.

Your husband is not a bad person, but the way he speaks is sometimes blunt, and I think it may give a bad impression. At first, I also thought it was this person.Since I arrived late, I had only planned for breakfast, but it was delicious.Next time, I would like to try dinner there as well.

Thank you for taking care of me on my solo female trip to Tono.Although I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time (16:00), they welcomed me and gave me a detailed explanation of the facility. It was a day when a group of high school students were staying over, and he brought it to their room, saying, ``I don't think you'd like to have dinner with us.'' I was very grateful. And this rice is so delicious! Especially the rice is the best! I enjoyed my meal slowly.Another person has a story about cats, and they say that a stray cat comes to eat and that the employees love it. The landlady seemed worried and warned in a strong tone, "Don't touch it because it might bite or scratch you!" However, as I was slowly talking to the landlady and her husband, she let me pet her a little bit😊By the way, this cat is said to be the third generation, and I was also shown photos of its predecessors.Recommended for those who want to stay in Tono at a low price and those who want to have dinner at the inn.The host was smoking at the reception, so it's not suitable for people who don't like smoking.Toilet sharedThere are 3 washrooms (2nd floor)Baths: Family bath (large) and women-only bath (like a normal house)Refrigerator sharedAmenities: Yukata, bath towel, towel, toothbrushVending machine soft drinks only

I stayed here for one night for work, but I think the accommodation cost is cheap. The employee (an old man) was very polite. The bathroom, toilet, and washroom are shared, but if you don't mind, I think it's a good old-fashioned inn. The room is as shown in other people's photos. Amenities include a toothbrush, towel, large and small yukata. The Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor had a full antenna in the room I stayed in and was usable without any problems. Actually, I would like the Wi-Fi password to be written in the room.I asked the employee to connect it.The cat and the landlady mentioned in everyone's reviews have not met.Although the building is old, the rooms and hallways are kept clean. It may not be as good as luxury hotels or business hotels, but I think it's a cheap and reasonably good inn for staying the night.

It's in the middle of town, so it was nice to stay overnight without meals after a social gathering 😄

A homely innIt felt like I was visiting a relative's house. It may be better not to expect hotel-like service.Toilet/washroom is sharedThe bathroom has three washing areas. If we weren't very close, the bathtub would have been limited to two people. The fridge was sharedI was asked to bring the microwave to the kitchen. The room had air conditioning and was warm enough. There was a cat on the first floor and I went up to the second floor and did not cancel the contract.I had breakfast and it was very delicious.I would like to have dinner next time. The Wi-Fi router was located in the center of the building. It seems like the speed is quite different depending on whether it's near or far.About 10m from the router to the roomThe signal strength was at its lowest and it was intermittent.

It's been a while since I last stayed at a ryokan, but the atmosphere and location were good, so I'll be using it again.
