One of the reviews mentions a hot spring, but the public bath here is not a "hot spring." However, since it is spacious, you can relieve the fatigue of your trip. …

It was nice to have a spacious room with a view of the world of Tono Monogatari. The photo is of an ornament that I really wanted, and it was a very tasteful hotel!

Because I feel very comfortable with Tono's location, I have visited the hotel two or three times a year. There are no greetings from the staff, and there are front staff who cannot even do basic business conversations or greet in response to phone inquiries (including extension calls made during the stay). We understand that regional circumstances are also a factor, but we cannot deny that we have not been able to secure the necessary level of human resources.I apologize for the inconvenience, but I'm sure there are several people at a level who should not be involved in front desk work, even if they are working without pay.It is very unfortunate that the impression (rating) of the hotel deteriorates significantly in proportion to the number of times the hotel is used.
