I understand that the Vietnamese employees are working hard, but what do you think about the fact that even if there is a problem at check-out, the Japanese staff never come out? They didn't even say hello when they left. It's a shame because the food and the atmosphere of the accommodation are good.

The location, surrounded by nature, is a good place to spend a quiet time. However, it is a two-story building and there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with walking problems. The food, hot springs, and customer service from the employees all received passing marks. I think the cost performance is good. I want to go again.

What impressed me most was the warm hospitality of the staff. The building had a Japanese structure and had a solid feel. The bath was clear and clean. There was a line-up of seasonal mushroom dishes, and the potato roe soup, which contained taro and vegetable soup, was delicious.Iwate's Kuroge Wagyu beef was also good. The lounge served coffee and leek soup, which was a relaxing space.
