The sauna was full of hair and the door was covered in hand grime. I didn't think it was cleaned. Haven't you washed your bathroom? When I filled up the water, there was a lot of white stuff floating in it. It's at the level of a vacation rental. I would like my money back.

I stayed at Kokian on the first floor. The ceiling was high and there was an open feeling, and the room was very clean and wonderful.Even with the electricity set to MAX, the whole room felt dim, but I thought that was because of the atmosphere and it didn't bother me anymore. However, since there is no front desk, there are no staff on duty, so I was a little worried about safety. There was also a restaurant within a 10 minute walk.
