I stayed here for the first time in a while. The staff are courteous. What caught my attention was Giovanni at the breakfast venue. I would like to see a bowl of the appropriate size for each buffet dish placed right next to it. There are a lot of large plates, but sometimes there are no small bowls or small bowls, or even if there are, you have to go back to the beginning of the line. It may have been out of stock by chance, but I think it's a lack of care for this to happen throughout the venue. There are a few other points of interest.■This is the new building of Metropolitan Morioka.Although it is a new building, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, feel old due to its age, but they are calm and comfortable. Since the parking lot is difficult to find, we have added a separate spot to the map, but I think you will have no problems coming back. The TV has just been updated, and You Tube can be used easily. For breakfast, you can enjoy a delicious buffet-style meal at Giovanni's dining room on the second floor. I like that the name is very Iwate-like.Both the front desk staff and the people on the phone for reservations are courteous. If your room faces north, you can see the majestic Mt. Iwate from your window on clear days. (Maybe...because every time I can't see because it's foggy or cloudy)I wish the omelets in the open kitchen would be cooked to order rather than being made in advance. Maybe it's because they don't want you to have to wait, but I think it's fun to watch your omelet being made and eat it freshly made.

The hotel looked luxurious and clean. At first glance, the rooms look clean and spacious, so I think this is a relatively satisfying hotel. However, this hotel is not recommended for those who are concerned about details.I've only used it once, but perhaps it was just bad luck, but there were a lot of things that bothered me.① When I checked the water area immediately after checking in, I found 3 to 4 short hairs around the bathtub (see photo)②Although there are many cases where there is no risk management, dryers are placed in bathrooms even though the warning sticker on the unit states that they cannot be used or stored in humid places such as bathrooms. Do you want to expose your guests to the risk of electric shock or fire?③ Light black mold on the bathtub wall. Leave the stains on, which can be removed by scrubbing with a toothbrush. I was able to remove it by scrubbing it with a toothbrush, so I may be cleaning it regularly with chemicals, but if I don't take away the things that come off with a quick scrub every day, it's only a matter of time before it turns black, and each person stays at the same time. I felt that there was no sense of welcome towards the customers.④ On the TV, the cursor on the information screen cannot be moved, and functions such as hotel information, tourist information, mirroring, and YouTube cannot be used. When I called the front desk, the issue was not resolved and they said they would fix it the next day. (I would like them to fix it, but honestly, I'm worried that if a contractor comes in and repairs it during my stay, I might lose my luggage.)⑤The USB port next to the bed cannot be used and is just a decoration. (They should have checked the electricity every day, but they don't seem to notice either.)Although there are some invisible flaws, I thought that the quality of the hotel was quite poor for a hotel that costs about 10,000 yen per night on average.I decided to use this hotel because it had relatively high reviews on Google, but honestly I thought it would be better to choose another hotel next time.Although the hotel is relatively close to the station, there are no convenience stores nearby, and in that sense it is an inconvenient hotel. It looks like it has a pretty nice atmosphere, so I think it's a very convenient hotel for people who aren't staying for a long time or who just need a good night's sleep! However, if you don't want to have a bad experience, I recommend the main building of the chain, although the building feels older.

Also recommended for ladies plans. There was also a facial dispenser in the room. My skin was moisturized and felt very good.

I stayed there for two nights. There are many underground passages in front of Morioka Station, and although the stairs were a pain, they were convenient. If you understand the underground passage, you can go to this hotel without having to wait at a traffic light. The hotel had several restaurants. Close to the station and close to restaurants in front of the station. If you go in the opposite direction towards the station, you will be less than 1 km away from the main street shopping street.
