Very nice room in a quiet area, great for family.||Well appointed if you want to keep on top of your own food or clothes washing. 5min walk to Yamanote line, just a couple minutes to Tokyo station. Easy to communicate with the accommodating staff.||

Best accomodation and comfortable for family . Big size for Japan . Room is very clean . Superb customer service and metro is a stones away . Equiped with complete kitchen utensils , microvawe , fridge and washing machine . Over all the place is well recommended. Thanks for helping me to sort out taxi out too .

If I could leave more stars, I would.The space is absolutely immaculate. Everything is newly installed and works like a dream. You can tell they have thoughtfully designed every detail. It shows by the little QR codes on every appliance and the very detailed map of recommended locations hand picked by the staff. We felt right at home here. Shinsaibashi station is right around the corner surrounded by lovely little restaurants, bars and convenience stores. It is the perfect place in the middle of Tokyo to discover the city itself and surrounding areas. The ladies at reception were an absolute blast and went above and beyond our expectations. This time we stayed in a five-person family room (two single beds + three tatami mats). In fact, we only stayed in a family of four (four adults). The room is equipped with a drum washing machine, microwave, oven, two-burner induction cooker, refrigerator, dining table and chairs, TV, etc. The environment is quiet, surrounded by convenient living functions, and it is only a 3-minute walk to JR Okachimachi Station. There is also a free cup of Nexpress capsule coffee per person every day. This hotel is the best choice for family vacations and those who like to integrate into local life. Highly recommended!
