The instruction to the room was a bit complicated as the tablet wifi was slow but once you get the code and number no problem in getting in the room. The studio apartment is new, clean and modern. It was large room for the party of 4. The facility was fully equipped and the location of the place is a few minutes walk fro the Yotsuya Station. There are many variety of restaurants in the neighborhood as well as many convenience stores. Would highly recommend and would stay at the place again.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights : sept 23th to 26th, unfortunately, needed to cancel my reservation. I kindly requested that the hotel waive the cancellation fees as a gesture of goodwill. However, they refused and insisted I pay a penalty equivalent to the full cost of the booking, even though they will most likely rent out the room again. This policy seems quite unfair and unaccommodating, especially when they have an opportunity to rebook the room and make double the profit. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and flexibility. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

We were a little anxious booking this place as there weren't many reviews, but our fears were soon laid to rest on check-in.The room and facilities provided are exquisite and to an incredibly high standard. There are two large double beds as well as a huge comfy sofa which could easily be another double bed. The bathroom has two sinks and a separate toilet and shower room. There is a washer dryer provided along with detergent, which was much appreciated and allowed us to wash clothes before continuing on our journey.The location is incredibly convenient and very central. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The immediate surrounding area features a vast array of restaurants and convenience stores.10/10 would 100% book this place again if staying in Tokyo.

It was a few minutes walk from Yotsuya Station, making it extremely convenient.The shopping street was very crowded at night and I had a hard time deciding which store to go to.The rooms are beautiful, clean, and stylish!My impression is that there is plenty of room even if there are 6 people.Both check-in and check-out are simple and easy◎I think it was a versatile hotel that could be used in any situation with families, couples, and friends.Definitely a repeat purchase!
