We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk to the Nara Park and also to the centre for a nice dinner at night. The room was clean and well equipped for cooking, doing laundry if needed. We were just unlucky that the guests upstairs kept us up until 1am. They were loud, stomping and having showers until very late. Earplugs were kindly provided which helped a little bit, but the stomping was pretty annoying unfortunately. It’s obviously not the host’s fault, as they have clear expectations of quiet hours time displayed and communicated.

The air conditioner was not working well and the filter was full of dust.Please excuse me, but I took it upon myself to clean it.

I was able to spend my time more comfortably than I expected.I'm thinking of making it a permanent home.I'm having trouble disposing of the trash that comes out when I eat in my room.I would like you to be able to process it every day.

The hotel responded very quickly. You can store your luggage in the hotel office. The price is cheap. The room is very spacious and suitable for living. 🙂

The room was practically furnished considering its size. The accommodation is very cozy. I might recommend a larger TV. The location is excellent with quick access to Nara Park.The place was clean except ventilation in the kitchen.However, there were some issues. The air conditioner, located right above the bed, dripped water on us. The old building is not soundproof at all - it’s very noisy. If there are neighbors above you, you can hear every single step they take very loudly. Every morning around 9 AM, if we were still sleeping, we were awakened by the cleaning staff taking out new towels or linens stored outside under our window for new guests.What really bothered me was the presence of large cockroaches and a huge spider. It seems the accommodation has not performed pest control.Otherwise everything was perfect.

This is the perfect accommodation for workdays.I stayed alone for 2 nights on a weekday in early June 2024.It was cheap at 6,000 yen per night.◾️About workation usageWi-Fi provides over 300Mbps, and you can create a comfortable work environment by connecting the built-in TV to your PC using an HDMI cable (bring your own).Of course, since it's a private room, you can have web conferences without worrying, but the walls are thin, so you had to be careful not to hear your voice over your neighbors.◾️About equipmentIt is equipped with everything you need for daily life, including a refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, iron, and washing machine. Although it is a shared space, there is also a laundry drying area, so it is suitable for long-term stays.The bathroom and toilet are the same, but the problem is that the toilet seat is small (although it is acceptable)As mentioned above, the walls are thin, so I recommend staying on the second floor if available.◾️About the locationIt is a 15-minute walk to Nara Park and a 10-minute walk to Kintetsu Nara Station, making it easy to access tourist spots. For that reason, I had the impression that it was in the middle of a residential area and was safe (the east side of Nara Station is a busy area and there were a lot of traffickers at night, so it seemed unsafe)It was also very helpful that the parking lot was free. Parking at hotels near Nara Station usually costs around 500 to 1,000 yen per night, or you can use a nearby coin parking lot. Parking lots near Nara Park are more expensive. In such a situation, free is very good.Please note that the number of cars is limited and first come, first served, but when I used it, there were no other cars.

I used it on my homecoming trip. The building is old, but the rooms are satisfactory. I was very grateful that the host guided me through the campaign so that I could stay at a good price. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The staff are friendly and will give you detailed information about the surrounding facilities, making you feel at ease. However, there were some windows that didn't lock, so I was worried about security.
