Unfortunately, the hot water in the shower did not come out no matter how long I waited.I went up to the 3rd floor and stayed in a room right in front of me.The price was cheap and there was nothing to worry about other than the shower, but this was the only disappointing thing.If you plan to stay overnight, we recommend staying overnight so you can use the hot springs for a day trip. (We were like that too, but we were in trouble because we suddenly decided to take a shower.)

The room needs renovation and better cleaning. Some of the rooms have already been renovated. Great location close to the sea.

I was able to stay in a room on the 4th floor.The paint on the wall was peeling off and I felt like I would get hurt if I touched it. Also, since I stayed in the summer, I used an air conditioner, but even though I set the temperature to 18 degrees Celsius, only warm air came out and it was really hot.There are special instructions for how to use the shower, and there are no documents to be taken into consideration when using it.Except for the view, the rating is 1 star.

Very friendly staff and willing to help.The rooms are cute with basic equipment.You dont need more than this tbh.The only drawback is that there is no elevator if you have to carry your luggage up, but the staff was helpful and helped us to carry our suitcases up to the fourth floor.I can only partially confirm what others have criticized about the water. Yes, it takes a little while for hot water to arrive, but that's not 5 minutes like others have written. That's complaining at a high level.

It was empty on the last day of Golden Week, so I suddenly made a reservation. The sea view rooms face the road, but the rooms are not in contact with other rooms except for the bathroom, so it is quite quiet. I got a sea view room because the price was the same as other rooms, but being on the 2nd floor is a little tough. I think it's at the level of "you can't say you can't see the ocean." Amenities are minimal, but I think they are sufficient for a stay without meals. It was a shower, but the hot water didn't come out unless I left it on for more than 5 minutes. You can tolerate it in warm weather, but you may despair in cold weather.

Stayed here while I was in Atami. I really enjoy it. I stayed with my boyfriend. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the city center. The owner is very kind and has hospitality.
