It was a good meal served in the room. The portions were large and I was full.Parking lot is not dedicatedI was able to park at nearby P and get a parking fee.thank you.◉One thing for the future◉bring foodThe one who comes to lay out the futonWith foreign staffI felt like I was moving on without a word.It is inevitable that you are not familiar with Japanese. With a heart of peaceA hospitable attitude is important. If you have that mindset and feelingEven if I can't speak the languageI'm sure it will resonate with your customers as well.To work in these placesAfter all, the management should follow Japanese etiquette properly.I think they should be educated.Isn't that the challenge for the future?Take care of the entire hotel with just one personYou will be evaluated. It was a nice place to stayI look forward to seeing you in the future.

What's Good: Dinner is served in your room. Comes with 2 liters of water.conveniently locatedWhat didn't work: I couldn't control the air conditioner in my room, and since I had a child with me, I couldn't adjust it to my liking. The airflow was too strong and it was cold, so I had to turn it off and on when I went to bed, which was a pain. The teapot I brought with me for room meals was completely empty and there was no tea in it, and the dessert hadn't come, so I called, and they hadn't cleaned up, so I called, and they hadn't come to lay out the futon, so I called. The Wi-Fi signal was poor as I had to ask the receptionist for the password.

The retro coffee shop ``CROCO'' introduced at the tourist information center was almost full, so I gave up and went to ``HAKUSHICAFE'' in the nearby ``Shirokajo'' to drink ``iced tea'' (420 yen). We had a quiet time as there were no other customers. August 16, 2024

It is in a good location with easy access to Kintetsu Nara Prefecture and Nara Park. However, since there is no dedicated parking lot, we had to park at a nearby coin parking lot (it was 1200 yen on weekdays, of which 700 yen is paid in cash at the front desk). The antenna changes. The public bath, which is nice for women, has a shampoo and conditioner buffet, and I think there were 6 types. You can use whatever you like. I was traveling with a 1-year-old child, and the room was spacious and the child was constantly shuffling around. It costs about 35,000 yen for two adults, including breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a luxurious menu served in the room. For breakfast, we had tea porridge from Nara at the square on the first floor. (You can choose Japanese food, tea porridge, or Western food)

It was located about 5 minutes from Kintetsu Nara Station, and the road was simple. The exterior looked old, but the lobby was very clean. The dinner was a meal that gave you a taste of Nara. The persimmon leaf sushi was very delicious. The room was clean and they even pulled out my futon for me after dinner.

Stayed during the New Year holidaysI had no choice but to look for an accommodation at the last minute, but even though it was New Year's Day, the accommodation was not worth the 30,000 yen price. You must notify the front desk when leaving at night. The inside of the bathtub was also rough. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked me about dinner time, so I told them that, but I arrived much earlier than expected and hadn't finished changing yet, so I told them to wait. When the time came, the food was brought to my room, but there was so much dust in the small plate of soy sauce that it had obviously been left in the hallway or somewhere. It was so disgusting that I asked for it to be replaced, but now that I think about it, I still have bad memories of that response. The food looked like it was made for students on a school trip. It was the first time I stayed at an inn and left something like that behind. I'm sorry, but I couldn't get it through my throat.I was very surprised that everything except the miso soup and rice came out cold even though the breakfast room was cold in January. The door between the breakfast hall and the kitchen in the back was left open (for serving food), and even though a breeze was blowing in from the back, it was extremely cold.I made a reservation with high expectations because the reviews were relatively high, but I feel sorry for those who are impressed by this hotel, but I think they usually only stay at small and cheap business hotels.Maybe they have deleted the bad reviews. What is a three star hotel?I didn't want to remember it for a while and didn't have the energy to write a review, but I thought it might be helpful to someone.

The room is clean, but the walls are thin. I'm a little concerned about the noise from other rooms. The tea rice served for breakfast was delicious.
