I stayed here for one night on my husband's birthday trip starting October 11th.Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. When I booked this ryokan, I read a lot of reviews, and I saw a lot of things about the customer service, but when I actually stayed there, I realized that things might have improved, but what about Japanese hospitality? I am very satisfied with the staff's response, which is amazing. The foreigner who guided us to the room was also very friendly and polite!!The moment I entered the room, I was enveloped in the pleasant scent of cypress, and it felt like an art museum, a very relaxing space. The outdoor space in the guest room had a very nice natural space where you could see the bamboo thicket right in front of you.The meal was a teppanyaki course, so we had a great time chatting with the head chef, and my husband was also very happy that he was given a surprise birthday plate and a photo, saying he was able to make some wonderful memories. I was there.Breakfast was quite voluminous starting in the morning, but all of the dishes had a healthy taste and I was able to finish the entire meal!!The restaurant is located in a separate building, so there was a shuttle service, but even the road through the bamboo thicket that was lit up at night was an Instagrammable spot, so we went there every time.We headed to the restaurant while taking pictures in the bamboo thicket!!You can also take photos anywhere inside the museum. There were so many great spots!!The attention to detail in the amenities is also wonderful.Or organic shampooI especially liked the cypress scent of the hand soap, which made me feel better every time I washed my hands, so I bought the same one at the souvenir shop on the first floor!I also liked that the bed had two pillows of different hardness. My husband and I are very satisfied with the detailed hospitality, and being able to spend our anniversary at this inn was a great memory!!Thank you very much for your time.

For the price...it's a great place to stay.To be honest, I didn't really understand what was good about it other than the location and newness. Two couples used it.Is it because the staff are from overseas? ? When I was told that I would explain the room,"It's a shower."“It’s a TV.”"It's the door switch."Is there an explanation? ? ?In the end, when I brought it to my room, I was afraid that my luggage would be taken away with me, so I hurried to chase it out of the room. The explanation of the dishes was done with a click of his tongue. Is the customer service at this inn really that good? ?I can't understand this price with such terrible customer service. I went there on my anniversary, but I had a bad feeling and will never go again.

I'm glad that the large room is equipped with a private open-air bath. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, especially the earthenware pot rice, which was so delicious that even if you were full, you'd definitely get another helping.
