We had a great stay for 5 nights.The room is clean, everything needed was prepared properly. Also very close to the subway station.Nearby lots of restaurants and grocery stores.If guest has laundry demand, I would suggest choose a room with balcony to hang the clothes.Anyway, it would still be my priority choice if I visit Tokyo again.

We stayed as a family of four, including two elementary school children. This was my first time staying in a private lodging facility, so I felt that it was different from a hotel, but I still had a comfortable stay.I didn't know the size of the room when I made the reservation, so it felt a little small for 4 people.However, the cost is good, the rooms are clean, and I don't have to worry about the noise that other people have mentioned, so I would like to use it again next time.

The room was comfortable and tidy.Room is cozy and clean.The surrounding environment is a very quiet and fresh residential area.Surrounding environment is a very quiet and bright residential area.It is very convenient to take the Keikyu Line's limited express to and from Tokyo, Yokohama or Haneda Airport.Good location for heading to Tokyo, Yokohama or Haneda airport by Keikyu line express.

I rented this apartment via AirBnb as I was looking for a place for only two days located near the Haneda airport. You just take one subway and in 20min you reach Terminal 3 (International). The room is spacious, not so small like other hotels in this price class and it was quiet. Location is a hit or miss depending on what you really want, you will take around 30min to ginza or 35-40 to Shibuya. The host was really responsive when contacted on AirBnb. There were a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby, there is a drink vending machine a few meters next to the entrance in the street, 7-11 right around the corner (3min walk). All in all a nice, quiet and clean place to stay. Note that this is not a hotel so nobody is going to come to clean, replace towels etc.
