I stayed at Zero. They responded quickly and courteously to any questions we had before our stay. The room was very clean and unoccupied, so I was a little worried, but they took great care of me, so I had a comfortable stay. I could go to the sea right away, there was a shower next to the entrance, and the grounds in front of the entrance were spacious so even I, a woman, could take a shower with peace of mind. The BBQ was also delicious! The children were also very happy and satisfied. We had a small child and it was just us, so we were able to relax and have a relaxing time!I want to go again!

Visited for 2 nights.Location, pool, stylish rooms, etc...Everything is great, except for the beach and the Italian restaurant next door (also ⭐︎5).If you want to stay, we recommend staying for 2 nights or more instead of just 1 night!Thank you for your attentive service!

Thank you for staying with us for one night. I was looking forward to seeing the photos and comments before going, but it was even better than I expected! !The floor plan, the size, the structure, the view from the window, the comfort of the deck, the thorough cleaning, and ample supply of cutlery, tableware, and kitchen utensils (pots, garbage bags, etc.), all of which will leave you satisfied. did.When I say strong, I give it 3 points. •The BBQ set should have had a little more fire starter. •It was difficult to understand how to use the dishwasher and how to separate garbage. •The free breakfast service was very delicious! If possible, it would be better to know the contents of the menu in advance.Most of our communication from the time of reservation was via email, but the replies were always quick and I was able to stay with peace of mind even with the non-face-to-face system. I would like to visit you next summer 😊👍[Revisited in August 2023]After going there last year, I decided that I definitely wanted to go in the summer, so I did my best to make a reservation and visit again.Enjoy a nearly private beach.As expected, the BBQ was hot, but the room was comfortable. I want to go again next year!

There are reviews at the time of inquiry.The response to inquiries was truly the worst.I think it would be better to train the people who handle inquiries.If the person who responded was a person in their 30s or 40s, but the manager was the one who responded.I can't help but be shocked.I was told that I could lend you some time.I have inquired for details.Even if you ask about the hourly rental time.Is it according to the manual? I can only give the same answer.The questions I asked were answered with irrelevant answers.Even if you rent by the hour, you will be charged the same fee as the accommodation fee.I was told that I would be charged for accommodation after 4pm.What about using it from mid-morning to around 3pm? When I asked,In the end, they told me that I could just assume that they could not rent by the hour.yeah? What do you mean when I contacted HP about being able to rent time? Repeat stay for the first time in a year and a half. I was surprised by the progress!Last time it rained, but this time it was clear and we could enjoy a great view.Also, at night, we could spend a luxurious time by the bonfire, listening to the sound of the waves while looking at the starry sky.I want to come again.
