Traveling has always been my hobby, and I've been to many places, but once I had a child, my perspective on my favorite inns changed, and I didn't think I'd want to go back to them. Especially since it's such a quiet inn, I get the impression that there aren't many infants and I'm not used to it. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations this time either, but I was very moved by how graciously they provided everything I wanted. Of course, the layout of the room and the open-air bath were nice, and the cleaning was thorough, even my children who are sensitive to smells didn't cry and seemed to be having fun from beginning to end, making for great memories.I will repeat it again.

Why didn't you tell me when you made the reservation when you made the reservation on the day of the festival and you found out on the spot that there were traffic restrictions? Although I was a little angry, I was relieved when he picked me up at a place outside the regulations. The rooms at the inn were wonderful, the food was very satisfying and plentiful, and I was able to relax.

Lovely ryokan with very nice and spacious rooms, including private garden and outdoor bath. Onsen has quite strong sulfur water. Dinner and breakfast were very good.

First of all, they came to pick me up at the station, and even dropped me off at the station. The atmosphere of the inn is calm and very nice. The small courtyard is also beautiful. A very quiet and relaxing inn. It helps that there is no chemical smell from anywhere. I'm glad the couple have the keys. The room is large, and the bedroom is separate from the living room, making it very comfortable to sleep on a bed mattress instead of a futon on tatami mats. The hot springs attached to the rooms are fed directly from the source and have a faint sulfur scent. The hot water doesn't cool down easily, it doesn't cause any backlash, the hot water is always at the perfect level, and it's spacious enough to stretch your legs, making it truly wonderful. The food is also delicious and in good quantity. It's a good amount for a couple around the age of 60, without leaving them too full, which is common at inns, and without feeling hungry afterwards.I ate in my room, there was a hot spring in my room, and I felt like my brain was going to melt as I became totally reclusive and exhausted. This place is already on my list of places to stay.

It was the best inn, from the rooms to the meals to the hot springs and the service. The open-air bath in the guest room smelled of sulfur and I liked the quality of the spring water. For meals, you can enjoy Yamagata cuisine such as Yamagata beef and wild vegetables. It was a wonderful stay that I would definitely like to come back to again.
