The hotel sign is small and difficult to understand. The tablet used for check-in and check-out is difficult to understand. The room was nice because it was new, and it would have been nice to have an internet TV.

It was quiet and comfortable because there were restaurants nearby and there were only a few rooms.Impressively, both the interior and exterior are very clean and clean.I was here for work, so I will come again next time so I can receive the full service in private.

I stayed here for one night with an overseas guest. Boutique hotels are often seen overseas, but this was my first experience in Japan.I was impressed with how smart they were, with unmanned check-in and check-out, coffee service, and wine and other shot sales (vending machines). One of its charms is that it is brand new and clean. After checking out, I realized that I had inadvertently left something in the room, but the staff noticed it before I did, and they responded very politely by following up on the phone. The minimum level of service required is pleasant, and any problems are dealt with promptly. It's a little far from the station and requires a taxi, but the surrounding area is quiet and that's a plus.

A hotel without staff, we booked tickets through the website, arrived at the hotel, scanned the QR Code and got the room number and the code to open the room. The room is very spacious, with bunk beds, complete kitchen equipment, and a Jacuzzi tub. Outside there is a living room and dining room. You can drink coffee for free. There is an automatic machine wine press and convenient free parking. Room prices are not expensive.

A really great hotel to stop and take in the city. I came to visit for the Uesugi Lantern Festival and Hotel Slow Village was a great place to stay whilst doing that.I work from my laptop a lot, so their social working space was perfect, well-designed, comfy, and with a free Nescafe machine! I though that the ameneties they had on offer were great, and the room was really clean and well appointed. My bed was massive, and so cozy, and the bathroom was spotless and full of the things you might need on a stopover. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to visit Yonezawa and want to stay in the city center. If you fancy there is a cafe right on the bottom floor so you don't have to go far to grab a quick bite!

Perfect location for my work. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in in Tohoku. I really liked the spacious bathroom and the humidifier in the room. Next time I come to Yonezawa, I would like to stay again. ✨️

In December, I returned home for my father's 49th birthday.I stayed at the hotel for two nights because it was close to the facility where my mother was staying. The location is great (Aeon is nearby and there are many restaurants), and if you have a car, it's easy to explore Yonezawa. The hotel facilities were fine, and the rooms were new and clean. There was coffee, alcohol, and wine available in the lounge on the second floor, but I don't drink alcohol at all. I'm sure people who can drink it will be happy. enviable.Amenities were also plentiful. I was grateful that a body towel was included. The bathtub was spacious, and even though I'm short, I was able to stretch out my legs.I was traveling alone, but I was a bit greedy and stayed in a room with a king-sized bed. The bed was too hard for me, and when I woke up, my body hurt.Since it was an unmanned hotel, I was a bit confused as it was my first time, but it was a perfect hotel for someone like me who is shy.I would like to use it again next time.
