The house owners are so good and also very fluent with english.
There is free breakfast and you can cook too.
The location is very apt to roam around the city.
The house has one washroom and two toilets.

A very, very good accommodation experience. If I could live here for a long time, I would also like to own a B&B like this!Oraphin was very enthusiastic. When we were about to arrive, she had already brought Yui out to greet us. After introducing the accommodation facilities, she spent 20 minutes introducing us to all the attractions and activities in Zao Onsen Town, which was a great help. Very busy!The room is a traditional Japanese tatami room. The residents are very nice. Everyone is very quiet upstairs. In the living room downstairs, we watch the game, cheer, drink tea and chat together. When I go to bed at night, I can only hear the ubiquitous sound of spring water in the town and the chirping of summer insects. I sleep very peacefully, as if I have returned to the summer in my hometown when I was a child.

Situated in the heart of Zao, this guest house has the most friendly host. When I arrived they greeted me along with their little daughter, waiting for me at the entrance, it was so wholesome. While I was staying over there, I indulge in the conversation about my travels with the host. They offered me their homemade wine, it was good! I recommend staying with them.

It’s a cute and friendly B&B for the whole family. The room is in a traditional Japanese style. The snowy scenery is as shown in the picture. I like it very much. Getting up is a pleasure.When staying here, we get free coupons for the nearby Kawahara hot spring bath + upper bath + lower bath. My husband and I go there every day.I accidentally left my trousers behind when I left on the last day. The boss lady Oraphin found out and chased me to the bus station to give them to me. I am really sorry and grateful. We have gone home smoothly! Thank you very much to the boss and the landlady for taking care of me.

Amazing hosts, a welcoming family with a very energetic 3-year old assistant. The father also works at the best ski/board rental in town, and you get a discount for staying. Highly recommend.

Matsuo's house is located between the station and the ski resort. It is not a hotel where you need to bring your own toiletries. The B&B rooms are traditional and simple with wooden partitions. The price is very reasonable, but it is very convenient for skiers like us. The traditional and warm house has a kind and enthusiastic B&B couple. There is also a kitchen for simple cooking with my lovely daughter. The toilet and bathroom are very clean. The room is on the second floor, so it is not difficult to carry luggage up. There is a hot spring at the back door, which is only a minute's walk away. The landlady also told us very patiently. , how to travel in Zao, thank you boss lady for making us happy and safe in Zao.

We had a lovely time here. The owners are a lovely family. The owner speaks excellent English, is very helpful, and recommended many attractions and restaurants to us. We highly recommend it

A great accommodation experience. The room is simple but very warm. There is a kitchen that you can use. The owners Taka and Oraphin are very friendly. They are fluent in Chinese and English and have a very cute child. The location of the B&B is very convenient, not far from Lawson and the No. 3 Cable Car Hot Spring Station. It is a highly recommended B&B and I can’t wait to go there again. The accommodation experience was wonderful. The room was simple yet very heartwarming and even had a kitchen available for use. Taka and Oraphin were extremely friendly and fluent in both Chinese and English, and they have an adorable child. The location of the homestay is convenient , as it is not far from Lawson and the No. 3 lift. I highly recommend this homestay and cannot wait to visit again :)
