It's good to be particular about things, but I'd like to see that kind of depth in the customer's intentions as well. The front desk wants the room to be clean.

The room smells very mustyWill the staff not notice? Also, I felt that the way the male staff at the front desk put on their masks was very sloppy.

It was recommended to us by a local and we stayed for 3 nights. This is a wonderful inn nestled in a hidden place along a beautiful rice field road.As soon as I drove into the grounds of the inn, I could hear the cicadas chirping and it felt like I was entering another world.I felt a sense of calm as I looked out at the lush greenery from the lounge's large glass windows and received a welcome drink and sweets.Although it was mid-July, the hydrangeas were in full bloom, and I wanted to watch them forever swaying in the wind. Our room was "Miyama" for the first night, and "Aoi" for the second and third nights. Each has a different atmosphere, but both are relaxing and relaxing spaces. Two types of large public baths can be used by men and women on alternate days. There are 10 rooms, so you can enjoy the hot springs without being crowded. After checking out, we had some freshly ground coffee in the lounge. In addition to the quietness of the room and the splendor of the hot springs, what really soothed my soul was the warm hospitality of the hostess and staff. If you are feeling tired both physically and mentally, we recommend staying for a few days and relaxing. This time, for some reason, we did not have a meal plan, so next time we would like to have a meal plan during the snowy season.

This is my second visit. The expressway runs from Fukushima to Yonezawa,It's now convenient.Installation from the site to the building,The inside of the hotel also has a resort feel. The terrace that can be seen from the lobby is also nice. There are two baths, and the baths are switched between men and women at night. There are two family baths facing the river.I prefer the forest and Kaze no Yu.The chairs on the terraceIt gives off a resort feel.Dinner is a Yonezawa beef course.Everything from the appetizer to the final ochazuke is well thought out and you won't get bored. The two hours went by in a blink of an eye as we enjoyed nigiri sushi, steak, violet pickles, ochazuke, etc.The steak isIf you eat it in the city, it's probably insanely expensive. It was incredibly delicious. After dinner, we had sweets and coffee in the lounge. The beef soup for breakfast was also delicious. It was my second visit,I would like to come again

We went to this place just for lunch and Onsen. Took a course meal of ¥9,500. Food was amazing and Onsen was relaxing. what a day it could be if the server was willing to actually provide us with hospitality. He was the only negative in my experience at this place. Everything else was outstanding but I don't know if I want to go back because of that server guy. Could be perfect if he wasn't on the shift so don't hesitate to give it a shot.

This is an inn/hotel I've wanted to visit for about 25 years. It seems that it has changed from the old days, but it is just as I expected. satisfaction. Especially the dinner is Shuetsu. Enjoy Yonezawa beef. Each part is cooked differently, and the aroma, texture, softness, and chewy taste are all delicious. The cherry blossoms in full bloom made it even more exciting. The landlady is also a wonderful woman and someone I would like to talk to again.

It was my first time visiting. It was a nice inn located a little far from a residential area. The matcha welcome drink was delicious, and the dinner was very luxurious, not only the steak but also the sushi. The menu seems to change depending on the season, so I would like to visit again.Shampoo and soap cannot be used in the private open-air bath as it is drained into the river.Shampoo and body soap are provided in the public bath. There are no vending machines in the hotel, but each guest room has a refrigerator with alcohol, water, chocolate, and ice cream. (Paid)*Juice was not included.Although Wi-Fi is available, it may be difficult to connect to mobile phone signals depending on the manufacturer. Only one Softbank was connected.
