Stayed on the 2nd floorThere are two dryers, one is out of order.I tried to use the one that wasn't broken and it cost 100 yen for 15 minutes, so I paid 300 yen and used it.It stopped immediately, I put 300 yen in it again and it started working again, so when I went to pick it up 45 minutes later, it was cold and dry.I contacted the front desk to confirm, but they didn't accept the fault and said they couldn't refund the full amount.They gave me 300 yen, half of the price, and wrote a receipt with a mechanical pencil.I tried to tell someone higher up, but I didn't get a reply, and the dryer started running, so I left.In the end, it took me until 1:30am to get the laundry done.One more pointThe lights in the free space on the second floor are turned off at 11pm.Even though there were people still eating, the employees turned off the lights with a snap.After that, it was so dark that it seemed difficult to eat.It was a series of surprises at a resort hotel with very strict rules.

Our room was on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building, on the back side.There is construction going on in the back, so the view is pretty bad. I made a reservation based on the impression from the main street, so I would be satisfied if they would let me know in advance that the room would be on the back side.The bathroom is on the first floor, so you can't see the outside view. There is no sauna and the hot water is lukewarm.There is a cafe on the first floor where you can purchase morning pack tickets the day before. 980 yen.A set of ham sandwich, small waffle, scrambled eggs and sausage, salad, dessert, and large drink. Personally, I give it 70 points.There is also a morning set that you can choose on the day without having to pack it. For example, hot dogs and salads cost 450 yen, and set drinks costing 350-550 yen will be discounted by 150 yen.There is a lounge on the second floor.You can make coffee or tea. It has a vending machine, an ice maker, and a large restroom, and is bright and spacious with glass windows throughout. There are also convenient stairs that take you directly down to the parking lot.

It was a very nice hotel for a trip with 3 families of 3 generations.All the staff will greet you with a smile.The hotel is also very clean.I will use it again when I go to my favorite Amami.

Great location for walking around the cityThe rooms are new and clean.On the road side, the noise from cars is a bit worrisome.

We stayed with 2 adults (female) and 1 child (9 years old).It was new and clean and the staff was kind!However, the room wasn't very big, but it felt small for 3 people. We couldn't open up our 3 suitcases, and if it was 2 people, there was no cot, so it was just barely there...🙄Also, something that made me laugh a bit was that it was set in such a way that when a child was sitting on the toilet and tried to get toilet paper, they couldn't reach it.Admittedly, it seems a little far away.Also, it was a bit disappointing that the coin laundry was out of order!The atmosphere and the staff's comfort are great, but...it's a bit of a shame lolIf I just sleep, I don't think there will be any problems lol
