Please staff, if you want to move someone's room, don't make clear excuses, don't do whatever you want,It's just the staff, the ladies, who don't have a good attitude towards the customers who come. Even though they have been regulars every week on work trips, they always stay at Mhesa, but now they are very disappointed with the service of the ladies who have moved the room the family booked to a deluxe one... ,As long as there are mothers playing, the service is bad

The staff is friendly and the receptionist is friendly depending on us. For a relatively affordable price, this hotel is highly recommended, the facilities are also quite complete. Please pay more attention to the pillows, some of the pillows are smelly, the TV signal is sometimes there, sometimes there isn't, and the AC isn't cold enough. Overall this is okay with an affordable price

The TV doesn't have broadcasts, it's only for air conditioning, it makes it even hotter, even though we rented here for 4 days and 3 nights, it's not comfortable

I regularly stay here when I'm working in the Palabuhan Ratu area, the prices are economical, the rooms are clean and comfortable.My suggestion is that the car parking area be allocated again because as it gets later at night the car park is usually full, thanks. success always for beautiful maressa

The receptionist was rude, got a room where the TV was broken/dead, the bathroom shower was also broken...Okay location near the beach.I won't be going back there again.

I've been here twice, the accommodation is decent, the downside is that I booked it on the app, I got a discount when I paid on the spot, but it didn't match the app, then the second time I booked it on the app, but instead it was given to someone else with the excuse of not having paid, it's clear on the app that you can pay on the spot. ! And finally, the inn receptionists are the most bitchy, unfriendly, like boarding house ladies who are late in paying the rent!!

Just standard rooms, I booked a premium deluxe one, it turned out the room was far below expectations. The AC feels like a fan, it's not cold, you just feel the wind. If cleanliness is rated 1 to 10, I give a score of 5. The room floor looks oily, the bathroom is not clean. I give the TV facilities a score of 3. It's useless to have a television but you can only watch 2 TV channels, I don't know what channels they are. The service needs to be friendlier, the hotel receptionists are supposed to be friendly, so it feels like a boarding house mother who is grumpy because the boarding house kids are late paying the rent. The only advantages are 1. Strategic location right in front of Citepus beach

Good service..rooms are clean..some of the air conditioning is cold and some are not so cold..the water filter is really ok..the location is ok..the pillows are a bit hard..the mattress is not comfortable..it makes noises..and it's a bit...well that's according to price expectations, don't worry it's high... if the atmosphere is ok it's quite quiet...
