Strategic location and okay service. but public facilities are still chaotic. toilets, prayer rooms, bathrooms are not suitable.It's okay if the price is expensive as long as the facilities are appropriate, but this is expensive and the facilities are bad. Hopefully it can be used as evaluation material!

The place and view are good, but the service is very poor, please evaluate it! The facilities are decent but the employees are not professional.

I was on my way to Pelabuhan Ratu with my family for a holiday and I saw on social media that there was a beach club with the name La Plage which looked so beautiful and enchanting, I decided to book 2 rooms at a price per room of 1,200,000,- and I gave a sign so amounting to 300,000,-Because our journey was quite far, we arrived early and we decided to take a break because our room was not ready.However, we began to feel uncomfortable with the service of the employees who were less friendly towards their guests and seemed unfriendly.We waited almost 3 hours from the time we arrived until our room was ready, but not a single glass or bottle of water came out from the hotel to give us to quench our thirst from our long journey, otherwise we asked to buy them only speechless. We decided to buy 2 bottles of drinking water to quench our thirst and fatigue waiting for our room to be ready.Because our room was not ready, we decided to have lunch and we looked for the closest restaurant and thank God we were able to cure our hunger and thirst.After more than 3 hours the hotel chatted with us that the room was ready. However, what we saw was that the facilities provided by the hotel were not what we expected, the rooms were still smelly, the toilet in the bathroom was no longer suitable for use, the TV was inadequate, even the 1 room we rented did not have TV facilities, while the TV signal was good. the channel is very poor and not worth it. We asked the hotel and they calmly answered ohhh yes there really wasn't a TV, a really stupid answer in our opinion, because hotel facilities are mandatory for their customers. They just laughed and had shy smiles on their faces, but they didn't take any action.Likewise with breakfast, which in our opinion is not suitable, especially since the room we ordered already includes breakfast. We asked for help to make 4 brewed noodles which we gave them because there was no hot water facility to make instant noodles, it seemed they objected, and the instant fried noodles that we asked to make, were made like boiled noodles with lots of water and in the end we couldn't eat them. .Dinner, we ordered some food for dinner, but it seemed like the taste and appearance of a La Plage hotel did not meet the quality of a hotel or club.Overall La Plage does not meet the requirements for a hotel or club, I do not recommend all my friends to stay or eat at this hotel, if there is no improvement and friendly service from the hotel, I'm sorry.
